摘要： PURPOSE:To attain light weight and cost reduction without requiring special reinforcing parts by providing a resin made bonnet with side face parts extended laterally downward from an upper face, and forming thick wall parts, continuously laterally across the upper face part and both side face parts, integrally on the inner face of the bonnet. CONSTITUTION:A tractor body is provided with an engine and its auxiliary machinery mounted to its front part covered with a front skirt 2, a steering wheel column cover 3 and a bonnet 10. The bonnet 10 opened downward and backward is provided with an upper face part 11, side face parts 12 extended laterally downward from the upper face part 11, and a front face part 13 extended downward from the front part of the upper face part 11 so as to be continuous with both side face parts 12. In this case, thick wall parts 14 laterally continuously across the upper face part 11 and both side face parts 12 are integrally formed on the inner face of the bonnet 10. Three thick wall parts 14, for instance, are provided being spaced longitudinally in turn from a rear open edge part 10a, and the front and rear parts of each thick wall part 14 are to be continuous with each normal wall thickness part 16 through a gradually thinned taper part 15. The rigidity of the bonnet 10 is thus secured.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily perform maintenance operation without demounting the whole of a cover, by removably mounting a rear hood forming part of the cover at a rear sheet portion thereof in such a manner as to cover at least a prime mover from above. CONSTITUTION:A rear hood 71 is removably mounted to a rear portion of a rear cover 55. Specifically, the rear hood 72 comprises a rear-cover back half portion 72 of which an upper portion and side portions are continuous, and a lid portion 73 which is continuous to a front of the rear-cover back half portion 72 and covers an air intake port 62 from above, the two 72 and 73 being integrally formed at the back of the rear cover 55. Then, the lid portion 73 of the rear hood is put over the air intake port 62 in the upper surface of the rear cover 55, and a right side engaging pawl 81 at a front edge of the lid portion 73 is caused to abut on an inner side face of a right/front flange portion 64a around the air intake port 62. On the other hand, a left side engaging pawl 81 is inserted into an engaging hole 67 formed in a reinforcing piece 66 located at an inner/front portion of an extended portion 63 of the air intake port. As a result, the rear hood 71 can be removably mounted, by a recess/ projection engagement, to the rear cover 55.

Seal rubber 45 abutting to the plate portion 41 from the front is additionally attached to the inside of the bonnet 21 facing to the plate portion 41 via a stiffener 43 extended in left and right lower directions.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make bonnet rocking alignment performable as well as to maintain the extent of sealing accuracy in a bonnet so better by erecting a handwheel column support frame on a car body, and setting up a bonnet rock plate in an upper part of this frame, while installing a position adjusting part in a body connecting part of the frame. CONSTITUTION:When bonnet rocking alignment takes place, a round hole 34 of an adapter plate 33 to a mount 19 of a handwheel column support frame 31 is used as a reference hole and thereby a tilt angle of this frame 31 is adjusted along a long hole 35. With this adjustment, a rock plate 17 at a tip of a support arm 38 at the upper part is rocked up and down, whereby respective positions of a bonnet rock member 16 and a rock hole 18 of the rock plate 17 are accorded with each other. Afterward, both bolts 41, 42 are clamped down, and the handwheel column support frame 31 is fixed onto a body frame 1. With this constitution, positional adjustment for a bonnet 6 itself is no longer required, and sealing accuracy is kept up so better.
