    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable only generation output, corresponding to the generation power of a solar cell to enable inverse flow, in a system for combining the output of an engine generator with that of the solar cell for connecting to the system. SOLUTION: A system power calculating section 20 calculates power supplied to a load from the system 4. When system power becomes an output control setting value CPV or higher, an inverter drive control circuit 22 drives a high-voltage inverter circuit 11 that allows power supply to generate an output. The output control setting value CPV is set to forward power (buying side) in the operation of only the engine generator 3. When the output power of the solar cell 1 is connected, the output control setting value CPV is changed to reverse power (selling side), according to the output power of the solar cell 1. When the output power of the solar cell 1 is large, reverse power flow to the system 4 is allowed, by changing the setting value CPV.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration device allowing installation easily without generating waste, using an existence facility as it is, even in a dwelling house or the like having already a hot-water supply facility. SOLUTION: Waste heat of an engine recovered by a waste heat exchanger 7 is stored in a tank 8 as hot water. Water is supplied from a water supply pipe 12 to the hot water storage tank 8. A branch pipe 17 is provided in the water supply pipe 12, and the water from the branch pipe 17 is mixed with the hot water form the hot water storage tank 8 by a mixing proportional valve 16 to be supplied to an external water boiler 14. A target temperature is set to control a temperature in an output side of the mixing proportional valve 16. An opening commanding part 28 controls a valve driving part 29 using a hot water temperature and a supply water temperature as parameters, so as to regulate a ratio of a hot water volume from the hot water storage tank 8 to a water volume supplied via the branch pipe 17.
