    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a changeover position of a power generator controlling switch using a simple circuit constitution.
      SOLUTION: Voltage detecting resistors 39, 40 are connected to an ON terminal and a remote terminal of the switch 12b connected to a battery 19 at a common terminal. A charge output from a power generator 3 is connected to the battery 19 through a transistor 38. The battery 19 is intermittently charged by the transistor 38 turned on/off by a microcomputer 31 for a predetermined period. The microcomputer 31 captures voltage potentials from the voltage detecting resistors 39, 40 during a OFF period, and compares them. Since the voltage potential is detected on the side connected to the battery 19, it determines either the ON terminal or the remote terminal is switched by the switch 12 based on the existence of the voltage potential.
