    • PURPOSE:To effectively utilize an energy for concentration by a method wherein an anti-freeze liquid for heat collection is concentrated by freezing the water content of a low temperature heat source anti-freeze on the surface of a heat exchanger of a heat pump for concentrating anti-freeze liquid for taking-up heat, and at the same time, a fluid for condensation is used by circulating as a heat source on the vaporization side of another heat pump. CONSTITUTION:In order to concentrate an anti-freeze liquid 3 of which the concentration has reduced, a heat pump 7 for anti-freeze concentration is provided. This heat pump 7 has a capability to collect heat at a lower temperature than a heat pump 5. A heat-exchanger 8 on the vaporization side of the heat pump 7 is provided in a processing tank 9 which communicates with a heat accumulating tank 4, and by cooling an anti-freeze liquid 3 by bringing it into contact with the heat-exchanger 8, a moisture in the anti-freeze 3 freezes on the surface of the heat-exchanger 8, and the anti-freeze liquid 3 is concentrated. Heat which is obtained on the condensation side of the heat pump 7 is used as a heat source 6 on the vaporization side of the heat pump 5. By this method, an energy for concentration can be effectively utilized.

    • PURPOSE:To get a mean electrical power load by a method wherein a heating tower is operated to collect heat from surrounding air, the heat is accumulated in a heat accumulating tank acting as a low temperature heat source, the accumulated heat in the heat accumulation tank is applied as a heat source, and a heat pump is operated in a low electrical power load time range to get a high temperature heat source. CONSTITUTION:A heating tower with a cooling capability of 20 horsepower and having antifreeze (-10 deg.C) is operated for about 10 hours at a daytime with a surrounding air temperature of about 0 deg.C to 5 deg.C to collect heat with a temperature of antifreeze of -5 deg.C and a total quantity of heat of 500Mcal and store it in a heat collecting tank 5. Then, a heat pump 7 is operated with the antifreeze in the heat accumulating tank 5 being applied as a heat source at a nighttime of a low electrical power load time range to get hot water having a temperature of 50 deg.C. A coefficient of performance of the heat pump 7 is 2.4. This hot water is used as a part of a mean heating load of 70Mcal/h as a heating operation at 8:00 to 18:00 of a high electrical power load time range (10 hours) with a temperature difference of 10 deg.C and an efficiency of 0.85. Then, it is possible to get a mean electrical power load.
