    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry a matter to be handled surely with no residue to the upper section of a processing bath even when hot gas is jetted at low rate by an arrangement wherein the hot gas jetted from a jet burner toward the bottom of the processing bath flows along a curved surface thereat and acts to blow up the matter being handled toward the upper section of the processing bath. SOLUTION: A jet burner 2 provided at the upper section of a processing bath 1 combusts pressurized fuel 31 and compressed air 32 in a combustion chamber 41 and produced heat gas 11 is jetted from a jet opening 42. High speed hot gas flow in the center of the heat gas 11 is converted from downdraft into updraft along the bottom part 5 of the processing bath 1 having substantially double U-shaped vertical cross section. In the updraft, a part 15 of the hot gas is discharged from a discharge opening 4 and the remainder 14 circulates the processing bath 1 internally and flows toward the jet opening 42 of the jet burner 2. A matter 21 to be dried fed from a feeder 3 is thereby blown up to the upper section of the processing bath 1 and then crushed and dried while being circulated.

Temperature at the internal part or at the inner wall or the outer wall of the processing tank is detected by the temperature detecting means 12, and a control means is provided to regulate a flow rate of the lower water filling pipe 13 based on temperature detected by the temperature detecting means.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten safety at overturning time of a walk trainee by providing a means to generate torque to restrict a movement of a handle on the basis of a detecting result of a movement detecting means of the handle gripped by the walk trainee in a walk training device having an endless track mechanism on which the walk trainee walks. SOLUTION: When a walk trainee WP gets on an endless track belt 5 and trains a walk by gripping a handle 13, if walk speed is constant, since a detecting position of a distance sensor 9 does not change, the belt 5 is driven at constant speed by a motor 4. At this time, a detecting result of a handle position detector is converted into moving speed of the handle 13, and an electric current in proportion to its speed is sent to a torque motor 15. When the handle 13 is suddenly pused (pulled) since the walk trainee WP becomes likely to overturn by any cause, though the handle 13 moves, torque generated in the torque motor 15 suddenly increases, and since it becomes a condition where a brake is put on a movement of the handle 13, overturning can be avoided.

    • PURPOSE:To make the temperature uniform at a soldering part in a circuit board having thermal loads that are different crosswise, by circulating gases separated crosswise with uniform air speed at different temperatures according to the thermal loads distributed crosswise in the circuit board, and blowing circulated hot gases to a work. CONSTITUTION:Hot gas circulating means 9 and 14 include through-path blowers 5 and 10 separated crosswise, divergent nozzles 6 and 11, hot gas paths 8 and 13, heaters 7 and 12 corresponding to the separated paths 8 and 13, and thermocouples 31 and 34 also corresponding to the separated paths 8 and 13. Consequently, the flow velocity of the hot gases can be made uniform in a cross direction and a forward conveying direction, and the hot gases at temperatures in accordance with a heat capacity in a cross direction of the work 15 can be blown so that the temperature at the work 15 is raised uniformly. Moreover, the hot gas circulating means can be used for a circuit board having components, to which a hot gas is not easily blown, and defective soldering can be reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify a running target, and perform self-teaching even if a trainer or the like does not stay by comparing a motion value from detecting data and a motion value at travel starting time of a reference value with each other, and indicating correction of a running form on the basis of the fact that the motion value changes to a specified value or more. SOLUTION: In a training device for running which has an endless belt 11 on which a trainee M can travel, a movement of a bodily exercise part of the trainee M is measured by a magnetic type form detector, and its detecting data is sent to a motion evaluating unit 30 through a cable 17. The motion evaluating unit 30 compares a motion value on running operation findable from the detecting data and a motion value at running starting time or a reference value with each other, and judges that the motion value of the trainee M changes to a specified value or more by an analyzing-evaluating part 31. An indicating display unit 50 indicates correction of a running form by an image display 52 and a loudspeaker 51 on the basis of an analyzed evaluated result by the analyzing-evaluating part 31.
