摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a small amount of pressure difference between both stages in a turbine and improve a recovery rate of its energy, in the turbine provided with a pair of left-right stages, by arranging exhaust ends at the both stages toward the central part of the turbine and providing straightening vanes in the vicinity of the exhaust end. CONSTITUTION:Moving blades 14a, 14b mounted to a turbine rotor 11 and stationary blades 15a, 15b mounted to fixed outer cylinder bodies 13a, 13b form a pair of left-right stages 16a, 16b. In the vicinity of each exhaust end straightening vanes 23a, 23b for guiding stage exhaust toward outlet chambers 21a, 21b are provided. In this way, the exhaust gas is allowed to flow without interference to each other by the straightening vanes 23a, 23b, and the pressure difference between the both stages 16a, 16b arising on the surface of the turbine rotor 11 between the outlet chambers 21a, 21b is produced to a slight amount in all states of operation to provide a less amount of leak. In consequence, the recovery rate of energy can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable to recover a heat contained in the exhaust gas of a waste incineration plant no only as heat to preheat the air to be sent to a waste incineration furnace, but also as an electric power. CONSTITUTION:As operation time of a waste incineration furnace 20 elapses, the exhaust gas temperature rises gradually. As a result, in accordance therewith, compressed air passing through an air passage 29 is heated in a 1st heat exchanger 30 and its temperature rises gradually. In this process, the operational state of a turbine 26 was initially in a driven side by the admission of a pressure fan 34, but it moves into a driving side gradually. As a result, the load of the pressure fan 34 or a motor 35 becomes smaller gradually. At a point when those loads move from the positive to the negative, a switching system 37 is automatically closed and thereafter, admission to the turbine 26 through an admission passage 36 is stopped. Compressed air passing through a 1st heat exchanger 30 enters the turbine 26 in a high temperature and high pressure state, and the output of the turbine 26 is consumed as a driving force of a compressor 27.

摘要： PURPOSE:To control turbine outlet gas so as not to be saturated with moisture and to prevent the condensation of moisture in a turbine by passing a part of a blast furnace gas to a heater at the time of conducting said gas to a driving power recovering turbine after dry dust removal. CONSTITUTION:The gas discharged from the top of a blast furnace 1 is passed through a dry dust remover 4 and is conducted to a driving force recovering turbine 8 of furnace top pressure. The inlet part of the turbine 8 and the opening located in the level drop inlet part of the 2nd and subsequent steps or the opening of static vanes having gas passages are communicated with a passage 15, and a heater 15 is provided in this passage 15. A part of the gas is conducted to the passage 15 and is elevated of temp. A relative humidity detector 20 is provided in the discharge pipe 10 of the turbine 8, and the supply of a heating medium to the heater 16 and the flow rate of a by-pass gas are controlled by the detection signal 21 thereof, whereby the relative humidity of the outlet gas of the turbine 8 is kept at a constant value. Thereby, the prevention of the moisture condensation in the turbine 8, the prevention of erosion of vanes, and the prevention of dust accumulation on vanes are made possible.
