摘要： PURPOSE:To make a scavenging apparatus of the scavenging apparatus by driving a water stucking fan, sucking water through an open mouth in the bottom face of the scavenging apparatus, discharging the water to the upper part of the scavenging apparatus, and pressing driving wheels to wall faces by utilizing repelling force. CONSTITUTION:A scavenging apparatus is to scavenge substances 3 adhering to the wall faces 2 of a water conduit 1 of a power plant, etc. In this case, driving wheels 5 are installed in four corners of the bottom part of the scavenging apparatus main body 4 and at the same time scavenging bushes 6 are jurnalled to supporting parts 7 projected out of the front and the rear parts in the same way through supporting shafts 8. A pressing apparatus 9 to press the driving wheels 5 to the wall faces in a water stream of the water conduit 1 is installed in the scavenging apparatus main body 4. The pressing apparatus 9 is composed of a skirt part 10 installed in the scavenging apparatus main body 4 and a water sucking fan 13 to take in water through an open mouth 11 in the lower part. Water 12 is sucked through the open mouth 11 in the lower part of the skirt part 10, discharged above the scavenging apparatus main body 4, and the driving wheels 5 are pressed to the wall faces 2 by the repelling force.

CONSTITUTION:An underwater robot 20 for cleaning and recovering has a body 21 provided with a cleaning brush apparatus 60 being freely pivotable around a shaft center 27 in the front and rear direction by 360 deg. and stretchable, a suction recovery apparatus 90 freely swingable around a shaft center 27 in the front and rear direction and stretchable, and a plurality of wheel apparatus 30, 40 and 50. By this constitution, a cleanable condition can be made by bringing all the functions under their working condition and then, extending and stretching each apparatus. Then, marine organisms on each wall face 1a-1c can be scraped down by pivoting the cleaning brush apparatus 60 along the shape of the wall face of a water channel 1 within the range of 360 deg.. In addition, the marine organisms piled on the bottom wall face 1c caused by scraping down can be sucked, recovered and transferred on the land by swinging the suction recovery apparatus 90 on the bottom wall face 1c of the water channel 1.

At this state, a cylinder device 12 is driven, and after making a periphery surface of a cleaning brush 13 execute a contact on a lining face 2a of the chimney, a cleaning motor 14 and a rotation motor 9 are made to drive and by the cleaning brush 13, the lining surface 2a is cleaned. Besides, after a finish of a cleaning work, by a first check camera device 22 and a concave and a convex sensor a damage of the lining face 2a is inspected.
