摘要： PURPOSE: To enable a lining surface of a chimney to be cleaned safely by a method wherein a cleaning brush is fixed to a circulating barrel part, the circulating barrel part is rotated around its vertical axis and at the same time the cleaning brush is rotated to cause the lining surface of the chimney to be automatically cleaned. CONSTITUTION: A circulating motor 9 is connected onto a vertical shaft 10a of a circulating barrel part 10. A cleaning brush 13 is arranged such that its vertical end is supported at a U-shaped supporting sear 17 at a leading end of a first cylinder device 12 fixed at the circulating barrel part 10 through a horizontal first arm 11, and then a cleaning motor 14 is fixed to a lower part of a supporting member 17. The circulating motor 9 is driven to cause the circulating barrel 10 to be circulated around the vertical shaft 10a and concurrently the cleaning motor 14 is driven to cause the cleaning brush 13 to be rotated and then a lining surface 2a of a chimney 2 is automsatically cleaned. During this operation, the supporting member 17 and the circulating barrel part 10 are ascended or descended only in a predetermined amount so as to clean the lining surface 2a in another segment in sequence.

摘要： PURPOSE:To execute a check or a cleaning of an inside of a chimney with labor saving and safely, by a vertical movement and a stoppage at a predetermined position of a rotation member with a supporting member through a suspension body, by executing a contact of a cleaning brush to a lining face of the chimney, and making the cleaning brush rotate. CONSTITUTION:An operation device is operated, and if a winch device is driven, through a suspension body 7A a cleaning and check device 1 executes a rising. After making the device 1 stop at a predetermined position, a cylinder device 30 is made to execute a drive and a positioning and a fixture of a whole of the device is executed by making a fixing roller 31 execute a contact to an inside face of a chimney 2 which is mounted on an edge section of an arm 29. At this state, a cylinder device 12 is driven, and after making a periphery surface of a cleaning brush 13 execute a contact on a lining face 2a of the chimney, a cleaning motor 14 and a rotation motor 9 are made to drive and by the cleaning brush 13, the lining surface 2a is cleaned. Besides, after a finish of a cleaning work, by a first check camera device 22 and a concave and a convex sensor a damage of the lining face 2a is inspected.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly conduct an excavation by providing a half-open coupling section coupled with a coupled section above an expanding blade and holding the blade at the half-open state and a full-open coupling section coupled with a coupled section below the blade and holding the blade at the full-open state. SOLUTION: The expanding blade 4 of a two-stage expanding head A is set to the half-open state, a spiral auger 8 is rotated forward, and a nonsupport layer is excavated nearly to the diameter of an existing pile. When the tip section of the head A reaches a support layer, the auger 8 is stopped and slightly lifted. The upper face of the blade 4 is coupled with the lower face of the existing pile, the blade 4 and a rod 1 are lifted, and a coupled section 4a above the blade 4 is separated from the half-open coupling section 6a of a flange section 6. When the auger 8 is rotated forward, the blade 4 is not moved, the rod 1 is rotated together with the auger 8, a slide tube section 12 is rotated together with the rod 1, and the coupled section 4b below the blade 4 is coupled with a full-open coupling section 12a above the slide tube section 12 into the full-open state. The auger 8 is further rotated forward, and the support layer is excavated to provide a cavity for a bulb.
