摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing for minimizing a finishing process with cutting and grinding and having bearing characteristics comparable to those of the conventional one in a sintered oilless sliding bearing where a high contact pressure is applied. SOLUTION: The sintered oilless sliding bearing comprises a porous iron sintered alloy of quenched structure, in which a plurality of unevenness stripes of 2 to 12.5 μm in difference of elevation expanding in the circumferential direction are arranged in parallel to form swells in the axial direction by cutting the inner perimeter, as well as the part of 10 to 60 μm in depth from the surface of the inner perimeter is compacted, and pores open to the surface are made 1 to 10 area % by closing the surface pores for usage of 6 kgf/mm 2 in surface pressure and 2 to 5 cm/s in sliding speed. SOLUTION: A bush 2 is provided in a boss 1 at an end part of a hydraulic cylinder, and a pin hole 3a is provided in a bracket 3 fitted with the hydraulic cylinder. A pin hole 2a of the bush 2 is formed of tapered shape with an outer side of the pin hole 2a expanded larger a center part in the axial direction. A pin is split into two pins 4, 5 having tapered shaft parts 4a, 5a with their forward end sides smaller and flange parts 4b, 5b. The tapered shaft parts 4a, 5a of the split pins 4, 5 are fitted to each tapered part of the pin hole 3a of the bracket 3 and the pin hole 2a of the bush 2 from both sides, and the flange parts 4b, 5b are respectively fixed to the bracket 3 by bolts 6.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wear, abnormal sounds or the like between a boss and brackets. SOLUTION: Fixed bushes 23 are fixedly provided in a bush fitting hole 22A of the boss 22. Movable bushes 27 and 28 are provided movably in an axial direction in bush fitting holes 25A and 26A of the brackets 25 and 26. A connecting pin 29 is inserted through inner circumference sides of the fixed bushes 23 and inner circumference sides of the movable bushes 27 and 28. The connecting pin 29 is held in a detent state to be bracket 126 by engaging a collar part 29B to an engagement bolt 30 of bracket 25 and 26 sides. An elastic ring 32 is provided in a one end side outer circumference of the connecting pin 29, and end faces 27A and 28A of the movable bushes 27 and 28 are respectively pressed resiliently toward end faces 23A of each fixed bush 23 by fastening a fastening nut 31 toward an elastic ring 32 side.

The seal member 8 is abutted against the outer peripheral part of the thrust ring 5, the end face of the bush 2, and/or a bottom 1c of the recession 1a of the boss 1.

Between the end face member 5 and the bush 2 or/and the boss 1, a seal material 8 preventing a leak of lubricating oil is provided. The end face member 5 and the bush 2 are brought into contact through a lubricating oil film.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the downflow of lubricant in a boom cylinder and to prevent the contamination of the boom cylinder and a misunderstanding of the leak of hydraulic oil by providing a lubricant collecting tool on the rod of the boom cylinder. SOLUTION: An oil collecting tool 6A is constituted of a lubricant absorbing member 7 fitted to the upper section of the rod 4a of a boom cylinder 4 by coupling and a fastening metal fitting 8 fixing the absorbing member 7 to the rod 7a. The absorbing member 7 is made of single or multiple kinds of materials such as felt, cotton, a polymer absorbent, cloth and paper. The metal fitting 8 is made of a metal, a plastic or wood, and half-split rings 8a, 8b are connected by bolts 9 and nuts 10 to fasten the absorbing member 7 to the rod 4a. By fitting the oil collecting tool 6A to the upper section of the rod 4a, the lubricant leaking from a connection section 5 is absorbed by the oil collecting tool 6A, thereby preventing the lubricant from flowing down along the boom cylinder 4.
