    • PURPOSE:To obtain detection output having good reduced voltage characteristic by providing a diode that becomes a level shifter and a transistor (Tr) that detects variation of voltage drop of a load. CONSTITUTION:A diode D1 for level shifter is provided in a current path of a current mirror circuit by TR Q1, Q2. When an input signal Vin is supplied, reference current I1 flows through Tr Q1 and diode D1 and output current I2 flows in Tr TR Q2, Q4 and a resistance RL. When a power source VCC is at a specified level, TR Q3 becomes off and output voltage is not obtained from TR Q3 and waveform distortion does not appear in detection output V obtained as voltage drop of the resistance RL. When the power source VCC becomes low, distortion is generated in output VA and becomes the state of saturation as amplitude corresponding to reduced voltage is not formed. However, TR Q3 becomes the state of on and output voltage VB corresponding to saturated part of output VA appears in the collector. By adding 2 output VA and VB through amplifiers 1, 3, an output signal Vout in which saturated part is corrected is obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the safety of a plant operation by providing the information of a control circuit not performing an operation even once. SOLUTION: This process controller is provided with a PI/O 4 for inputting and outputting data between a plant 5, a programmable controller(PC) 1 for outputting the arithmetic result of a control program corresponding to input data as output data and a display means 2 for displaying the input data and the arithmetic result on a screen. A compiler 11 mounts the control program for which a storage processing 100 is added to the respective control circuits sectioned by braching points/merging points on a ladder diagram to a process control part 12. Every time of the execution of the respective control circuits in the control program, the storage processing 100 compares the value of this time of the arithmetic result with the value of a previous time, and in the case that it is changed, accumulates the number of times of change and stores it in a table 101. A retrieval processing 102 retrieves the table 101, detects the inoperative control circuit whose number of times of the change is 0 or equal to or less than a threshold value and displays it at the display means 2.
