SOLUTION: In the case of ordering to an article selling and buying server by the wireless telephone, first of all, a memory card is loaded into terminal equipment, communication with the article selling and buying server is performed, and a selling and buying ID is generated on the terminal equipment to become a key of selling and buying as a result and written on the memory card. Then, the memory card is inserted to the wireless telephone, and the selling and buying ID and an article ID specifying the article are transmitted to the article selling and buying server. The selling and buying ID is enciphered as needed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardware structure and data handling method for compensating the limitation of elimination frequency that is the disadvantage of a flash memory in realizing an auxiliary storage device by use of the flash memory. SOLUTION: This storage device comprises the flash memory 1 with the inner part divided into sectors which are write-in and elimination units of file data, and tables 5 and 6 for numbering a file written in each sector and managing it. The written file is written in another sector as new data when it is rewritten, and the old data is eliminated from the sector concerned, which is then newly managed on the tables 5 and 6 as a writable area. Since a file to be frequency rewritten such as file management table is not assigned to a specified sector, the eliminating position of the flash memory is dispersed without being concentrated to one part, and the life of the flash memory can be extended to enhance the reliability of the whole system. SOLUTION: License keys prepared for respective pieces of contents data are stored in a key storage device 101 which is installed apart from a hard disk device 106 for storing ciphered contents data. A key storage device 14 has the authentication function of a communication opposite party. When a reproduction device is authenticated as the communication opposite party by the function, the license key corresponding to contents data being the object of reproduction is transmitted to the reproduction device by using cipher communications. When a memory card is authenticated as the communication opposite party, the license key being the object of a request is transmitted by using cipher communications and the transmitted license key is deleted from a stored content.
