    • PURPOSE:To remove regulation of a base station having little traffic volume by allowing a base station having much traffic to take partial change of traffic volume to be regulated. CONSTITUTION:In respect of the transmission route of traffic information, respective base stations are linearly connected and each base station is provided with a radio part 100, a control part 200, a communication processing part 300, a regulation rate calculating part 400, and an information transfer part 500. A base station having traffic volume less than a fixed value is not regulated and other base stations are regulated so as to attain a specified regulation rate as a whole by distributing the regulation rate to the base stations so as to take charge of a specified traffic volume to be regulated. Each base station determines the regulation rate of the traffic to be processed by itself and that of its slave station based upon the regulation rate transmitted from its master station, the traffic volume of its own station and that transmitted from the slave station and transmits the regulation rate to the slave station.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a digital MF signal receiver which increases both the efficiency and multiplication of circuit, by eliminating the waste time of an absolute value sum circuit. CONSTITUTION:The 16-bit series data showing the sample value of an MF signal which received the series-parallel conversion plus the 8-bit series data of the product among the window function plus sine and cosine waves are applied to the parallel and series inputs to be applied to a multiplier. Furthermore an integrator is added to increase the multiplication factor of a receiver. Thus the integrating action is carried out individually for the sine and cosine wave sides respectively.
