摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron treatment facility capable of shortening the exchange time of equipment and improving the equipment treatment capability. SOLUTION: In the neutron treatment facility provided with a biological shield body 2 preventing neutron leak, a neutron generator 1 arranged inside the biological shield body and generating neutron, a reflector 3 reflecting the generated neutron to a specific direction, a casing 10 for moderating neutron, and a support device for supporting these components in the middle of the biological shield body 2 and forming capable of withdrawing out of the biological shield body 2 together with the components, the support device is constituted of a first support device 5 supporting the neutron generator, and the second support device 4 supporting the reflector, the casing for moderator and its piping. The second support device 4 is formed in a plurality of separable separated structures. By disassembling the separated structure, the casing 10 for moderation and a moderator pipe 11 are formed so as to be able to be disassembled.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve pressure proof performance of a hollow structure by giving temp. difference between both surfaces in thickness direction within the range, which does not exceed the yield stress, to the metal-made hollow structure an applying the pressure. CONSTITUTION:A thick wall piping 1 is fixed with clamp 7 and both ends thereof are sealed with plugs 2, and water cooled in a cooler 3 at an arbitrary temp. is circulated into the piping 1 by driving a compressor 5 and circulating pump 6 to cool the inside thereof. On the other hand, the high frequency current is conducted to a high frequency generating coil 9 arranged to outside of the piping 1 from a high frequency generator 10 to heat the outside of piping 1, and the coil 9 is shifted in longitudinal direction of the piping with a control panel 13 through a slider 11 at the fixed velocity. Therefore, tensile stress on inner face of the piping 1 and compressive stress on outer face thereof are developed, and the temp. difference is given to the thickness direction of piping 1 within the range, which does not exceed the yield stress. By this method, the pressure proof performance of the hollow structure is effectively improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform a liquid penetration type flaw detection test, by a method wherein an endoscope objective part, a penetration liquid jet nozzle, a washing solution jet nozzle and a developer jet nozzle are inserted in a piping group and controlled so as to be arbitrarily drivable in the axial and peripheral directions of the piping group. CONSTITUTION:A turntable 11 is fixed so as to be rotatable around an outlet/ inlet pipe 1 and loaded with a penetration liquid jet nozzle 3, a developer jet nozzle 7 and an endoscope objective part 9 and has function rotating all of them around the outlet/inlet pipe 1. The turntable 11 is rotated by 360 deg. in a counterclockwise direction at a constant speed while a developer is injected from the developer jet nozzle 7. In this state, if a crack is present in the outlet/ inlet pipe 1, the crack part is colored to become a state capable of visually detecting the crack. Next, the image from the endoscope objective part 9 is observed on a display 48 while the turntable 11 is rotated by 360 deg. in the clockwise direction at a high speed. By this method, a liquid penetration type flaw detection test can be remotely performed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To cut the piping without necessitating the chip protection and to improve repairing work efficiency by heating a part of the metal piping up to the neighborhood of the transformation temperature and giving plastic deformation to rupture the heated part of the piping. CONSTITUTION:The pipe 1 is held and fixed in-between two fixed clamps 3 and two movable clamps 6 driven by an air cylinder 4. Split high-frequency heating coils 7 are fitted to the movable clamps 6 and the fixed clamps 3 and when the heating coils 7 are held in-between the clamps 6 and 3, the annular high-frequency heating coils 7 are constituted. Furthermore, a rotary table 8 is fitted to the central part of a main body 2 of the titled equipment to drive the rotary table 8 by a motor 10. The rotary table 8 is fixed with the pipe 1 in-between an intermediate fixed clamp 11 and an intermediate movable clamp 13 and the moment is applied around an axis of the piping 1 by the rotation of the rotary table 8. Then, the large plastic deformation is applied to the part which is locally heated up to the neighborhood of the transformation temperature by the heating coils 7 and as a result, the heated part is ruptured and the heated part of the piping 1 is cut.
