    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably feed at a high speed, to prolong lifetime, and to avoid a dirt due to oil scattering by always supporting a small ball seating bearing at an arbitrary position by one or above large balls in an entire feeding locus circumference of a linkage on a bed to become a feeding passage of the linkage. SOLUTION: Small balls 1 are placed to support a large ball 10 at a center of a curved surface of a ball receiver 12 disposing the balls 11, and a cover 13 for preventing an invasion of dust to a ball portion and sealing grease of a lubricant is mounted to the receiver 12. A small ball seating bearing for supporting a large ball by a plurality of small balls is installed on a feeding locus of a linkage on a bed 15 so that a supporting seat 14 surface hardened to a predetermined hardness attached to a lower end of a link shaft 17 of a side to be supported can be always supported by one or above large balls 10. Periodic supply of the grease and replacements of the balls 10, 11 are conducted by disassembling the cover 13. Thus, an oil dirt can be avoided, no sliding part exists at the linkage and the feeding passage sides, and hence lifetimes of the bearing and the passage can be enhanced and stably rapid feeding can be executed.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the reliable feeding of a refrigerant having a given temperature to a body to be fed, by a method wherein a flow passage for a medium connected to the outlet side of the refrigerant to be fed side of a transfer piping is branched and valves are situated to the respective branch flow passages, and by means of the measuring value of a temperature measuring means situated in a flow passage followed by the valve, the respective valves are controlled. CONSTITUTION:When LHe is forced to flow in succession to a transfer pipe 9, the transfer pipe 9, a manifold 19, and a transfer pipe 8 are cooled by means of LHe. The temperatures thereof are reduced to the same value as the temperature of LHe, and vaporization and gasification of the LHe is rendered ineffective, and the LHe comes out through the transfer pipe 8. In which case, the measurement value of a thermometer 12 is reduced to a set value, a control device 14 opens a feed valve 6 and closes a precool valve 7. Thus, the LHe is fed in a liquid helium tank 2. The LHe is fed to the liquid helium tank 2, and as a liquid level is raised, a measurement value by a level gauge 13 is increased to a value approximately equal to a set value, and when the measurement value is increased to a set value, a control device 15 closes a feed valve 17. Since, after temperature in the transfer pipe 8 is reduced, the LHe is fed in the liquid helium tank 2, the reliable feed of the LHe to the liquid helium tank 2 can be performed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dirt due to high speed traveling and oil scattering in advance by providing radial bearings with grooves which engage with the projected parts of both sides of a guide rail respectively at the lower end of the link shaft of an endless link apparatus in the apparatus. SOLUTION: In an endless link apparatus, radial bearings 11 with grooves are set at the positions on both sides of each projected guide rails 12, 13 so that the notched grooves of an outer wheel are engaged with bearing fitting seats 10 fitted at the lower end of a link shaft, with the projected parts of the guide rails 12, 13. The guide rail 12 on the side of a sheet is fixed on a bed 16, the guide rail 13 of an anti-sheet is made to have pin joint structure, parts excluding a preheating part and a stretching part are fixed on the bed 16, the male parts of a guide moving shaft 15 supported by a pillow block 14 are inserted into the preheating part and the stretching part, the shaft 15 is rotated to move the guide rail 13, and the gap between it and the guide rail 12 is made steplessly variable.

    • PURPOSE:To make a supply body or a supplied body simply shiftable to an optional position in keeping a cryogenic refrigerant transfer pipeline attached intact by supporting a connecting part between these supply and supplied bodies and the cryogenic refrigerant transfer pipeline with a rotatable supporting means. CONSTITUTION:A cryogenic refrigerant flowing in a male inner tube 11 is protected by each vacuum insulated layer at both male and female sides and efficiently fed to an inner tube of a supply side apparatus 4. A gasified cryogenic refrigerant is filled up in space between a male outer tube 14 and a female inner tube 43, but it is sealed by gland packing 26 and other O-rings or the like, whereby it is prevented from leaking to the outside. A sleeve 21 is rotatable to a lower case 24 and an upper case 28 via bearings 23, 29. Accordingly, this rotary joint 2 is installed in the end of a transfer pipeline 1 and assembled in a liquefying refrigerator 3 and the supply side apparatus 4, whereby this supply apparatus is shiftable at an optional angle.
