    • PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive long-life gear motor by arranging the parts of a large diameter for the provision of lubricating oil reservoirs on the ends positioned on the side where the inner diameter parts of the gear shafts of plastic gears are fixed. CONSTITUTION:In the gear head 1 of a gear motor, gear shafts 3, 4, and 5 are fixed to a bracket 2. To the gear shafts, plastic gears 6, 7, and 8 are rotatively fitted to reduce the rotation of a motor pinion and transmit it to an output gear 10. The inner diameters of the plastic gears are arranged to be bearings, and on the bracket-side ends of the inner diameters 14 for the bearing use, large diameter parts 17 are provided for the lubricating oil reservoirs 11, 12, and 13. Inclined parts 15 are made for the bearing spaces to receive the lubricating oil by the application of capillary phenomenon. Also, the dimension of space for the lubricating oil reservoir is defined to be the one longitudinally and transversely such that the lubricating oil can be retained in the reservoir by the capillary phenomenon and no flowing out occurs. Then, when assembling, the plash gears are fitted after the lubricating oil is applied to the gear shafts.

    • PURPOSE:To enable transmitting power and accuracy to be substantially improved of a molded gear by respectively independently providing large ribs connected to a boss and not reaching a rim and small ribs connected to a rim part not reaching the boss, in a molded disk part. CONSTITUTION:A large rib 6 is connected to a disk part 2 and a boss 1 and provided with an equal space, extending in the vicinity of a rim 3 and not being connected thereto, while a small rib 7 is connected to the disk part 2 and only the rim 3 and provided with an equal space similarly to the large rib 6. By providing the ribs 6, 7 of two large and small kinds in a length with no influence given to rim accuracy of a plastic molded gear, rim thickness can be suppressed to a value with no deterioration of accuracy, and the gear enables a grade of accuracy to be improved to a class 4 from a class 6 simultaneously gear transmission torque to be improved by about 25%.

CONSTITUTION:A drive motor which has a stator 1 and a rotor 2 is clamped at the brackets 3, 4 of opposite output side and output side with screws 19, and a bearing 5 for a bear and a projection 7 are provided at the output side bracket 4. A gear case 8 is formed by die casting in a cylindrical shape, and passing grooves 9, 9' to be engaged with the projection 7 are formed along the axial direction. Gearings 12, 13 for the gear are formed at a gear case cover 10 which covers the hole of the case 8, a projection 11 to be engaged with the holes 9, 9' is formed, and a hole which communicates with the clamping member inserting hole 21 is formed. Thus, the cover 10, a gear case cover 16 are secured to the output side bracket 4 through the case 8 with mounting screws 17, and the projections 7, 11 are engaged with the holes 9, 9'.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a small-sized induction motor of wide application which has high torque characteristics, by setting respective teeth between phases shorter than those at any other part so that an air-gap dimension facing the rotor of a stator core may be increased more than any other part at a part corresponding to a section between the phases of windings. SOLUTION: A stator is formed by integrally-molding a stator 2 and a winding with premixed resin. The core of the stator 2 is provided with teeth 9 and slots 10 at the inner circumference of a yoke part 3. A main winding 12 and an auxiliary winding 13 are wound on the yoke part 3 via an insulating material 11. Teeth 14 positioned between phases put between the windings are set shorter than other teeth so that an air-gap dimension between the teeth 14 and a rotor may be increased. As a result, by decreasing the magnetic flux density of a part between phases which are high, and increasing the magnetic flux density of a magnetic pole central part which is too low, an ideal sinusoidal wave distribution can be almost formed. It is thus possible to improve torque characteristics markedly and attain a widely applied small type induction motor which is of thin type.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a magnet pump high in reliability while self-restoring capacity is imparted by providing an iron core including a slot and a cage winding composed of a conductor and a short-circuiting ring, for the outer circumferential section of a driven magnet. CONSTITUTION:A drive motor 1 drives a drive magnet 3 via a magnet support 2. Meanwhile, a pump chamber 4 is made up out of a pump case 5 and a volute casing 6. In this case, an iron core 8 is provided for the outer circumferential section of a driven magnet 7 while being faced to a magnet pole, and the iron core 8 is provided with a slot 9. A conductor 10 is then set in the slot 9, and the both ends of the conductor 10 are mutually connected with s short-circuiting ring 11 so that a cage winding is thereby formed, and an impeller 16 is concurrently formed with the aforesaid parts integrally molded so as to be pivotally mounted by a shaft 15 via respective bearings 13 and 14. By this constitution, the motor can thereby be automatically self-restored because the iron core 8 including the cage winding acts as an induction motor even in the case of the loss of synchronism caused for any reason during operations.

CONSTITUTION:A circular spigot 15 is formed near the outer periphery of the end face of an intermediate bracket 5 of a gear motor, and a projection 15 having a parallel unit at least radially in one corner is formed. A plurality of projection spigots 22 are formed on a gear case 14, and a recess 27 is formed. The spigot 15 and the spigot 22 are elastically engaged. The parallel unit of the projection 16 of the bracket 5 and the parallel unit of the recess 27 of the case 14 are engaged through a small gap.

In an auxiliary winding 11, an inside winding 11A which is wound at two-slot pitches and an outside winding 11B which is wound at four-slot pitches are wound around the curved teeth part in such a way that the auxiliary winding 11 is deviated by an electrical angle of 90 deg. (a mechanical angle of 45 deg.) from the main winding 10. Thereby, the overlap of the coil end of the main winding 10 with the coil end of the auxiliary winding 11 is eliminated, and the length in the axial direction of a stator can be made short. At the same time, the circumferential length of the windings can be made short, and the resistance value of the windings can be reduced. The wire diameter of the windings can be made small according to the reduction portion of the resistance value of the windings, and the consumption amount of copper for the windings can be reduced.
