摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability and to suppress exposure by disassembling machines, e.g. upper lattice plate and core supporting board, subjected to radioactive contamination in the state of filling a reactor well fully with water and installing a shroud support leg and the like in the state of installing a shield in the core area without requiring any reactor water. CONSTITUTION:A reactor pressure vessel 1 and a steam drier 2 are disassembled by means of an overhead travelling crane and lowered down to the lower part of a pressure vessel flange and held in the reactor water. A reactor well is filled fully with water and a water separator 6, a shroud head 8, etc., are disassembled sequentially. The core spray sparger/piping 16 coupled with a shroud 15 and the like are then cut off by means of a remote operation underwater cutter and removed. It is then decontaminated by means of a decontaminator and the reactor water is drained. The structural members in the core thus disassembled are then replaced sequentially by new members. They are replaced by new shroud supports suspended and lowered down sequentially from above the core approaching to access the objective point using a gondola, for example.

The time required for the cleaning and drying works in the continuous tube of small diameter can be shortened, and the improvement of environment, reduction of labor and the like can be realized by the arrangement.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve bolt cleaning efficiency by providing a sliding member movable axially to a driving shaft, a driving source for the sliding member and a crank mechanism. CONSTITUTION:After a cleaning device 21 is set on a stud bolt 3, air cylinders 27 and 28 are pulled back and a slide embossing 30 is pulled up via a lifting plate 29 to urge a brush 37 against a threaded part 3a. In this condition, a motor 24 is rotated to transmit its rotary force to an upper rotary plate 26 via a driving shaft 25 and then to a lower rotary plate 38 via a connecting plate 39. The brush 37 in the engagement against the threaded part 3a is rotated together with a support 33 connected thereto by the upper rotary plate 26 and a shaft 3b. The dusts or the like produced by cleaning the threaded part 3a are discharged by a suction pump from a suction opening 35. By this method, the degree of the cleaning can be controlled.
