    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the total of a regenerative braking and an air braking does not match a required braking force because a response delay in air braking is offset by adding a predetermined correction amount to the actual regenerative braking force in conventional cooperative control of regenerative braking and air braking, so that the response delay in air braking, which varies each time depending on a vehicle state and an external condition such as a temperature, cannot be handled.SOLUTION: A means for estimating the regenerative braking force which can be outputted to a brake control device of a vehicle is provided. A command value of air braking force is determined from the estimated regenerative braking force and the required braking force. A command value of regenerative braking force is determined from the required braking force and the air braking force that has actually been applied. As a result, the total braking force can be made to match the required braking force and, furthermore, the need for correction amount adjustment in the actual vehicle is eliminated.
