A micro-computer M2 collects the operation state such as the traffic quantity in a building, compiles and stored the operation state for each floor, simulates group supervisory operation control, and outputs the elevator utilization state, service performance, and service performance of the simulation result or the like to a personal computer P1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the service by stopping cars at designated floors once and then operating the same toward another floor when it is detected that the direction can be reversed by stopping both cars at designated floors, when both of the upper and lower cars are operated on the basis of the landing call of the designated floor. SOLUTION: When both upper car 4U and lower car 4L are operated to a specified floor, for example, 12th floor by a double deck elevator formed by connecting the upper car 4U and the lower car 4L, whether the operating direction of an assigned car is opposite to the direction of a landing call or not is determined when the deceleration is started for stopping the upper car 4U at the 12th floor on the basis of a 12th floor car call 4Uc for the upper car 4U of the cars 4 (4U, 4L) to which the downward landing call 12D of the 12th floor is assigned. When the determination is YES, the car 4 starting its deceleration, is assigned to a floor beyond the 12th floor as the designated floor, the command for forcibly reversing the operating direction is output to a car controller of the car 4 under a condition that the landing call and the car call do not exist, and further a command for retracting the car by one floor is output.

When no given operation is effected (110), when an operation signal is detected by given operation (160) for door opening time extension, it is decided (170) whether extension permission FLAG is set. When no extension permission FLAG is set, extension permission FLAG for a next stopping floor is set (180), and when the extension permission FLAG is set, shortening and extension permission FLAG is sreset.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce occurrence of such phenonema that a large number of passengers have got in at a particular floor, car calls are generated in a great number by them, and people at other floors must have a long hall call by making the hall call allocation so that the hall call at other floor which is serviceable after passing the particular floor is suppressed to be given to the elevator which serves for the particular floor. CONSTITUTION: A predicted arrival time table K79ST (k, j, i) is prepared based upon the actual calls of each floor classified by the traveling directions and machine Nos (Step 50). From the service conditions of different machines, the elevator whose allocation of general hall calls is suppressed is selected, or the individual suppression values for the elevators are prepared (Step 60). From the information obtained first, the elevator to which hall calls are allocated is determined (Step 70). The elevator to which hall call allocation is determined is allocated to a machine No. control device, and output processing of the signal is made (Step 80). Thus long hall call is prevented in case a large number of hall calls is made by passengers having got in at a particular floor.
