    • PURPOSE:To constitute the system to that each terminal can detect abnormality of a TC(terminal controller) in a time-out time being as short as possible by providing a timer in the TC, and sending out an RR command (P bit=0) to all terminals from the TC after waiting for the end of a polling or selection processing which is being processed at present, after a prescribed time elapses. CONSTITUTION:At the time of actuation, a timer 26 for monitoring a state of a TC is started. In the case time-out is generated, generation of abnormality is informed to a worker by displaying it as 'TC abnormal processing' on a display part 27 of a terminal. In the case of being not time-out, reception of data from the TC is waited for, and when it is received, whether its data is an RF command or data is decided, and in the case of the RF command, whether data to be transmitted to the TC exists or not is decided, and in the case it exists, data I is transmitted. In the case I is received, an RR response is transmitted to the TC. In the case the RR command or I is received from the TC, the state monitoring timer 26 of the TC is restarted.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display only items of principal cause items of principal cause malfunctions on a display by referring to malfunction relations in a malfunction relation defining element which difines the relation between an induced malfunction and a principal cause malfunction, dividing malfunctions into principal cause malfunctions and induced malfunctions by a principal cause malfunction detecting element, and by storing the principal cause malfunctions in a main cause malfunction item list, at the time of malfunction generation. SOLUTION: An information processor 1 collects condition informations on various kinds of apparatuses of a vehicle from a plurality of terminal devices 2, inputs them into a malfunction detecting element 12, detects a malfunction condition according to a detection logic at a malfunction detection logic section 121, and stores it in a malfunction item list 122. Following this, malfunctions are divided into principal cause malfunctions and induced malfunctions by referring to the malfunction relation definitions in a malfunction relation difining section 124. Next, the relations between the principal cause malfunctions and induced malfunctions are stored in an expanded malfunction item list 125, and the principal cause malfunctions are stored in a main cause malfunctions item list 126. Consequently, it becomes possible to display only the principal cause malfunction items on a display 4, and to display the relation between a main cause malfunction and an induced malfunction also as occasion demands.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent data in the middle of transmission held in the inside of a repeating installation mutually connecting plural networks from being dissipated at the time of power interruption in the network repeating installation. CONSTITUTION:In the inside of a repeating installation 43, an uninterruptible power supply system interface part 18 and a telegraphic message table 19 for transmission are provided, and in a routing table 12, a state column is provided. At the time of power interruption of a commercial power source, the installation 43 receives the supply of power by using an uninterruptible power supply system 20, sends a previous stop notise to the other installation during the power supply and sends data held in a transmission/reception buffer 17 to a required route. The other installation receiving the previous stop notice registers it on the state column inside the routing table 12 and afterwards, the transmission of data is controlled without selecting the route through the installation being in power interruption.
