    • PURPOSE:To prevent the uneven deformation of the end faces of green sheets by stacking plural sheets of green sheets, where conductive patterns are printed, after positioning them at the inner wall face of a restricting mold, and thermocompression- bonding the laminate in the condition that the peripheral end face of the laminate of the green sheets is restricted, and then baking it. CONSTITUTION:A press plate 2 is lifted up, and a specified number of green sheets 1, on which conductive wirings are printed and then the peripheries of which are cut off, are stacked in a restricting mold 4. Here, the end face dimensions of the green sheets 1 are a little smaller than the inside dimension of the restricting mold 4, and they are positioned at the inner wall face 4a of the restricting mold 4. Next, it is heated to the thermocompression bonding temperature with a heater 6. When the green sheet gets at processing temperature, compressive force is loaded to lower the press board 2 and thermocompress the green sheets 1. Then, the heating by the heater 6 is stopped, and a a mold releasing frame 19 is placed on the restricting mold 4, and then the press plate 2 is lowered to push down the restricting mold 4, whereby the green sheets 1 are separated from the restricting mold 4. As a result, a molded item with a periphery without uneven deformation can be gotten.

    • PURPOSE: To judge the cooling characteristic of a cooling fin simply and quickly, by judging the characteristic based on the amount of deviation on the outer surface of the cooling fin, which is caused by distortion of straight lines, being drawn on the surface of a strip plate material in the width direction in advance, caused by the fin molding.
      CONSTITUTION: Straight lines are drawn on the surface of a strip plate material 1 in the width direction by a marking needle for a specified length of the strip plate material one by one. Said material is rolled between two rollers 3 and 3 so that compressing rate is linearly changed in the width direction. Then a spiral shaped cooling fin 2 is formed, with the side having small compressing rate being inside. At the same time, the fin is wound around the outer surface of a heat transfer pipe 7 and a heat exchanger 6 is fabricated. The straight line is distorted and becomes a curve 4a at this molding. Based on the amount of deviation δ of the curve 4a on the outer surface of the cooling fin, the cooling performance of the cooling fin 2 for said specified length, with the curve 4a as a center, is judged.
