    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uplifting preventive device for a monorail branch capable of preventing the branch from overturning even if an earthquake load with a large horizontal load (0.9G for instance) acts thereon and having a structure capable of being attached to an existing branch.
      SOLUTION: Horizontally protruding holding seats 7a, 7b are provided at the front and rear ends in a travelling direction of a truck 2 mounting a branch girder 1, and a second stopper covering on the holding seats 7a, 7b at the initial end stop position of the truck 2 is provided. Second stoppers 9a, 9d are provided in response with the front and rear end holding seats 7a, 7b of the terminal stop position to cover the holding seats 7a, 7b. Therefor, even when a large horizontal earthquake load acts, the branch girder 1 can be prevented from tumbling.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of assembling members and, at the same time, facilitate an operating method by a method wherein side forms are connected through turnbuckles to concrete pillars in order to push and bend the side forms. SOLUTION: Moving rails guide side forms 1a to the top surface of a truck 4a. By means of turnbuckles 11, each of which connects a concrete pillar 2 and a side form 1a, the smooth movement and fine adjustment of the side form become possible so as to advance and retreat the side forms 1a. At the production of a concrete beam, the pushing or pulling amount conformable to the beam is calculated at each position of the turnbuckle 11 so as to move the side forms 1a to their predetermined positions. Further, when a curvilinear concrete beam is placed, the pushing or pulling amount of the turnbuckles at three point positions so as to movably deform the side forms 1a to the predetermined position in order to cast concrete between the side forms. Furthermore, end form supports 14 are provided in order to place the concrete beam different in a beam length by advancing or retreating the end form supports.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent concrete track beams on which a straddle type monorail runs from dropping in the event that anchor bolts are damaged by a large earthquake.
      SOLUTION: The track beams constitute double tracks. The track beams 20L, 20R are connected to a post 10 at their respective ends via bearings 30L, 30R. The brackets 34L, 34R of the bearings 30L, 30R are surrounded by connectors 41L, 41R. The connectors 41L, 41R are connected to each other by a wire rope 46. In the event that the anchor bolts securing the one track beam 20L to the post 10 are damaged by a large earthquake making the track beam 20L likely to move past the post 10L and drop, the wire rope 46 pulls the track beam toward the other bearing 30R, preventing the track beam from dropping.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent and suppress generation of collisional noise from a joint of the upstream branched girder and the downstream branched girder in a straddling type monorail hinged branch device.
      SOLUTION: The branch device is constituted of a plurality of short branched girders 11, 21 connected to each other in series. The upstream branched girder 11 is mounted on the downstream branch girder 21 through a T-shaped pin 31. Both axial ends of the horizontal pin 32 of the T-shaped pin 31 are fixed to the lower face of the branched girder by the bearing 35. Hence, the joint section of the horizontal pin 32 and the perpendicular pin 33 forms a large diameter. When a monorail vehicle travels, the girders 11, 21 are horizontally pushed. Thereby, the large diameter part collides with the bearing 35, a large sound generates. A rubber plate 45 is set between the axial end of the horizontal pin 32 and the lid 40 to prevent the horizontal pin 32 from moving in the axial direction and hence, no collisional noise is generated.
