    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent concrete track beams on which a straddle type monorail runs from dropping in the event that anchor bolts are damaged by a large earthquake.
      SOLUTION: The track beams constitute double tracks. The track beams 20L, 20R are connected to a post 10 at their respective ends via bearings 30L, 30R. The brackets 34L, 34R of the bearings 30L, 30R are surrounded by connectors 41L, 41R. The connectors 41L, 41R are connected to each other by a wire rope 46. In the event that the anchor bolts securing the one track beam 20L to the post 10 are damaged by a large earthquake making the track beam 20L likely to move past the post 10L and drop, the wire rope 46 pulls the track beam toward the other bearing 30R, preventing the track beam from dropping.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a small-curve concrete track girder by providing a suspension rod on the upper end of a link at the upper section of a side form movably in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the moving direction of carriages by the carriages. SOLUTION: This track girder is connected at the upper section of a side form 1 via multiple links 13 having suspension rods 17. Carriages 8 are movably provided via rollers 14 on the right and left of a guide rail 18 respectively. The suspension rod 17 is mounted on the upper faces of the carriages 8 via sliding plates 16, and it is supported movably in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the carriages 8. When the side form 1 is moved in the longitudinal direction to be bent at a small curvature for executing a concrete track girder, the suspension rod 17 is slid in the right or left direction against the carriages 8. When the side form 1 is moved in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, the carriages 8 are moved via a link 11. The side form 1 can be prevented from being lifted upward, and the small-curve track girder can be easily manufactured.
