    • PURPOSE: To provide an electrolyte analyzer in which a stable concentration response output is obtained by an ion selection electrode and by which a measuring system can be processed at a high speed. CONSTITUTION: A living-body sample is introduced into an ion selection electrode block 30, and an electrolyte in the sample is measured. A sample introduction block 32 which has a heating function is arranged at the previous stage of the electrode block 30, and the sample introduction block 32, the electrode block 30 and a reference electrode 31 are housed inside a thermostatic bath 33 which maintains a constant temperature. A syringe 4 which decides the flow velocity of the sample in such a way that the sample passing the sample introduction block 32 is preheated so as to be brought close to the temperature of an ion selection electrode and which temporarily stops the preheated sample inside the ion selection electrode, is provided. The temperature of the sample inside the ion selection electrode is set so as to become to be substantially the same temperature as that of an ion selection electrode film by means of the flow velocity of the sample and by means of the temporary stop of the sample inside the ion selection electrode.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely detect abnormality, and to predict a life of a replacing component, by measuring an absorbance using a colored substance after absorbance measurement using pure water to determine that a data trouble exists in any side out of a photometric system and a dispensing system. SOLUTION: Washing for reaction vessels is started, a fixed amount of water are dispensed into one specified vessel and a plurality of reaction vessels, respectively, to measure absorbances, and measured results are determined as a check (1) and a check (2) respectively. The check (1) is compared with the check (2) to judge whether a cause exists in the reaction vessel or a light source based on an allowance value. Pure water is thereafter dispensed after a fixed amount of colored substance are dispenced from a sample probe into the plural reaction vessels (group A) after washing. The fixed amounts of the colored substance and pure water are delivered at the same time into another reaction vessels (group B) with no sample dispensed, using a reagent probe. Absorbance- measured values of the groups A, B are determined as checks (4), (5), and the checks (4), (5) are compared each other to judge whether a cause exists in deterioration of sampling precision or in a reagent pipetting mechanism.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electron microscope by which an X-ray analysis in a plurality of visual fields is performed automatically, which omits a complicated operation and whose operability and operating efficiency are enhanced, by a method wherein a plurality of points to be analyzed are stored on the side of the electron microscope and on the side of a video camera system and a movement to an arbitrary point to be analyzed and a dislocation in the movement are corrected automatically. SOLUTION: A visual field in which an X-ray analysis is performed is fecthed by a camera control unit 2, image data in which the center of its image is used as a measuring point is stored in a microcomputer 5 so as to be used as an image A, and also the position of a sample in an electron microscope 3 is stored simultaneously. Then, the position of the sample in the measuring point of a selected visual field is fetched into a television camera 1 and the unit 2 by a sample control unit 7 so as to be used as an image B, a place with which the image A agrees in the image B is specified, an electron beam is deflected to its coordinates by an electron beam control unit 9, a beam spot is applied, and the X-ray analysis is started. As a result, a plurality of visual fields can be analyzed automatically and continuously in such a way that an observing and photographing operation and the X-ray analysis are not repeated alternately by the microscope 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of a measured result by a method wherein, according to the compared result of areas in ranges which are designated arbitrarily on the basis of a reaction process absorbence, the existence of a reaction suppression phenomenon due to the excess of an antigen is judged. SOLUTION: A sampling disk 2 is turned, a sample container 1 into which a sample is put is moved to a sampling position, and a sample in a constant is put is sucked by a sampling mechanism 3 so as to be discharged into a reaction container 7. The reaction container 7 is moved to a reagent dispensing position in a next cycle so as to be stopped, and a reagent is added by a reagent disk 4a and a reagent pipetting mechanism 5a. Then, whenever a reaction disk 8 is turned, the reaction container 7 crosses an optical axis, and an absorbance is measured by a photometer 10, a wavelength selector 11 and the like. A CPU 15 compares areas in two ranges which are disignated arbitrarily on the basis of a reaction process absorbance (i.e., computes an area ratio), and the existence of a reaction suppression phenomenon due to the excess of an antigen is judged accordingly. The measured absorbance is contorted into a concentration so as to be output.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform equipment maintenance MA positively and readily by providing a display constitution wherein the data for the arrival of the period of the maintenance MA of a part, overall positioning of an apparatus, disassembly of parts to be replaced or cleaned and adjustment and confirmation after MA can be retrieved. CONSTITUTION:In communication between an accumulated-operation-time memory element 28b and a time-period memory element 28a at every time when a power source is turned ON, the data of a part whose MA period arrives are immediately transmitted to a first data output element 28c. The names of the parts are displayed on a CRT 20 all together. When the position of the part is to be found based on the data, a second data output element 28d is operated by the external input from an operating panel 21, and the quartered constitution is illustrated 29. When the MA part is to be judged more definitely, the expanded graphic is displayed 29 by using a third data output element 28e. The part to be replaced or cleaned is illustrated 29 with a fourth data output element 28f. Whether the MA has been normally conducted or not and the inspected part are illustrated 29 with a fifth data output element 28g. Therefore, the trouble check after the MA can be confirmed, and the recurrence of the trouble can be prevented.
