    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rotor for a rotary electric machine with the cooling performance of a rotor winding improved.
      SOLUTION: The rotor arranged opposite to a stator is provided with a rotor iron core, which has a plurality of slots formed circumferentially at prescribed intervals, while being extended axially; the rotor windings respectively stored in each slot of the rotor iron core; coil support members having electrical insulation properties and respectively, arranged between the rotor windings at the axial end parts of the rotor windings; and a holding ring mounted so as to cover the axial end parts of the rotor windings via the coil support members. Each coil support member is formed integrally with two holding parts and a coupling part coupling the two holding parts with each other into a cross-sectional H-shape, forms spaces between both sides of the coupling part and the rotor windings adjacent to both sides, and includes a communication path that makes both of the spaces communicate with each other.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC label for forgery prevention which has a high security function and allows accurate authenticity determination.SOLUTION: An IC label 1 for forgery prevention includes: a label substrate 2 provided with an adhesive; an IC tag 7 which is provided in the label substrate and includes an IC chip 3 having identification information stored therein and a linear antenna 4 which transmits the identification information and extends in one direction; and a security function layer 13 which is provided on the label substrate so as to be positioned side-by-side to the antenna in a shorter side direction of the antenna. Cuts are formed on the label substrate and the IC tag, and at least a part of cuts formed on the label substrate is continuous to cuts formed on the IC tag on the side where the security function layer is provided, in a plan view and does not reach a peripheral edge of the label substrate. The label substrate is made of art paper or high-quality paper. The adhesive is a pressure-sensitive adhesive having an adhesive force equal to or more than 8000 mN/25 mm and equal to or less than 150 N/25.

      SOLUTION: In each slot of a rotor core having a plurality of slots formed to extend in the axial direction at a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction, a rotor winding formed by laminating a plurality of conductors and held by a holding ring at the axial end is provided with a ventilation trench for passing cooling wind along the longitudinal direction on the surface side of each conductor. The ventilation trench has an inlet hole for introducing the cooling wind and a vent hole for discharging the cooling wind. Each conductor constituting the rotor winding by laminating the conductors provided with a ventilation trench for passing cooling wind along the longitudinal direction on the surface side is provided with the opening of the inlet hole in the bottom face of the conductor on the side opposite to the side where the ventilation trench is formed.

The conductor 12 is disposed between field windings 4 by bringing the direction of the curved part of the plate, that is, a folding direction 19 into coincidence with a centrifugal force direction 14 operating at the conductor 12. The structure in which the folded copper plate part and the winding 4 are electrically and mechanically coupled by the coupling plate 18 made of a copper plate is adopted.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent deformation by forming a hole, as a ventilation path, on the inner diameter side of collector shell, shaft and spider of a rotating electric machine and disposing fans in the ventilation path thereby suppressing temperature difference between the inside and outside of each component. CONSTITUTION:Cooling air passes through a spider 5, a rotor rim 15, a stator core 16 and an air cooler 3 and then branched vertically in an air duct 1 thence passes through an embra 4 and a concrete air path 17 and returned along upper and lower fan guides 3 to the spider 5 as shown by solid line arrows. Cooling air also flows to the collector shell 7 as shown by solid line arrows. Furthermore, an air path is formed of the inner diameter hole phiA of the collector shell 7, the inner diameter holes phiB and 11 of the shaft 8 and the inner diameter holes phic and 11' of the spider 5, and fans 10a, 10b, 10c are disposed in the air path in order to supply cooling air, as shown by dot line arrows, which is then combined with the cooling air shown by solid line arrows. By such arrangement, deformation in each part due to temperature difference is prevented resulting in reduction of size and augmentation of output capacity.
