    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently burn and decompose a dioxin reduction obstructing substance, and reduce the discharge of dioxin by promoting the decomposition of dioxin, by thermally keeping the whole body in a combustion cylinder within a specified temperature range extending to a specified zone, by the heat energy owned by an incineration gas. SOLUTION: This dioxin reducing device 4 is constituted of a combustion cylinder 5 comprising an internal cylinder 6 and an external cylinder 7, a combustion device 11 which is provided on the upper end section of the internal cylinder 6, and a heat- keeping body 21 which is provided at the lower end of the internal cylinder 6. A flame 15 is formed by a produced gas 3 comprising a fuel and combustion air, and the combustion is continued. The temperature of the flame coming out from a nozzle 12 becomes one thousand and several hundreds degree, but an introduction hole for the produced gas 3 is provided on the internal cylinder 6, and the produced gas 3 flows in as secondary air, and the temperature of a combustion gas 19 at the lower section of the internal cylinder 6 becomes 850-950 deg.C. A gas residing time in the internal cylinder 6 until the produced gas is introduced to the heat-keeping body 21 is short, but the gas temperature high, and the reduction of dioxin occurs in this period as well.

    • PURPOSE:To lower the transformation into NOx of a gas turbine, unify the temperature distribution of a gas at the exit of a burner, and improve the efficiency of the combustion for a gas turbine burner. CONSTITUTION:On a liner 9 of a gas turbine burner, a plurality of combustion air holes 17 are arranged in series with high temperature combustion gas stream lines 19 which are formed in the liner 9 in a plurality of rows in such a manner that the central axis extension line of the combustion air hole 17 may penetrate respectively the same stream line of the high temperature combustion gas stream line 19 for each row. Diluted air holes 18 are also arranged at the downstream side of a high temperature combustion gas stream 21 in the liner 9 in the exactly same manner as the case of combustion air holes 17. Then, both the combustion air holes 17 and diluted air holes 18, a pitch for the plurality of air holes is kept to be 3 times or less of the diameter of the air hole respectively, and the diameter of an air hole which is located to be adjacent on the downstream side is kept to be 1.3 times or less of the diameter of an air hole which is located on the upstream side.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a premixing method for a gas turbine combustion device capable of getting a quite uniform premixed gas through its dispersion mixing and further capable of accomplishing a substantial low NOx operation. CONSTITUTION:A hollow member 31 is installed in a premixing passage 30 in which a combustion injection flow 40 of premixed fuel and premixed air 7 are dispersed and mixed to each other so as to divide the premixing passage 30. Both side surfaces of the hollow member 31 are provided with mixing and dispersion air openings 32, a mixed dispersion air flow 41 is injected into the premixing passage 30, it is crossed at a right angle with the premixed fuel and premixed air flow to promote the dispersion and mixing to each other and further to get a uniform premixed air. Accordingly, as regards a low NOx formation in a gas turbine combustion device, the premixing combustion is carried out with excessive amount of air so as to decrease a temperature of flame, although in the case that the premixed gas has a difference in concentration, the partial high temperature flame is generated and a low NOx formation can not be attained as expected. With such an arrangement as above, since a quite uniform premixed gas can be attained, a substantial low NOx can be realized.
