    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce dioxin by providing restriction plates inside a high temperature flue for leading high temperature gas generated in a combustor to be a heat source of a superheater, to the superheater. SOLUTION: In a waste power generation system, combustion gas 2 obtained by incinerating waste in an incinerator 1 is supplied as an oxidizer for a combustor 6 to be a heat source of a superheater 5 for overheating steam 3 obtained at a boiler 4. Dioxin contained in the combustion gas 2 is decomposed by staying for the fixed time in a high temperature atmosphere at the time of passing inside the combustor 6 and a high temperature flue 9. At this time, a low temperature part is formed due to nonuniform temperature distribution of the combustion gas in the high temperature flue 9, decomposition of dioxin is insufficient. Restriction plates 14 are therefore provided inside the high temperature flue 9. Passage area is gradually reduced by the restriction plates 14, and flow velocity of combustion gas flowing inside the high temperature flue 9 is increased, so that shearing is generated to accelerate mixing of high temperature gas to obtain uniform temperature distribution.
