摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas mixing system for waste incinerator in which dioxins and nitrogen oxides are reduced by suppressing and averaging time variation in the exhaust gas components of the incinerator thereby operating an exhaust gas recombustor stably. SOLUTION: In a system for purifying exhaust gas from a waste incineration facility by recombusting the exhaust gas through an exhaust gas recombustor, an exhaust gas duct 22 from the waste incineration facility is provided with a branch section 30 on the downstream side and a combining section 31 on the upstream side. The branch section and the combining section are coupled in loop through a branch pipe 33 into which the exhaust gas is shunted.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the utilization of waste heat by inhibiting the generation of dioxin. SOLUTION: After an exhaust gas from an incinerator 1 passes through a dust remover 3 such as a widely known bag filter, the exhaust gases are consolidated into one and all of the exhaust gases are thermally decomposed by an modified type combustor 4 to generate a clean exhaust gas cleared of dioxin. After passed through a superheater 5, a high temperature gas is expanded by an expansion turbine 6 to generate power and still, the remaining heat undergoes a heat exchange with a waste heat recovery device 8. Then, the gas is discharged from a stack 11 at a temperature so set as to spill no fume. On the other hand, steam generated from a boiler 2 attached to the incinerator exchanges heat with the superheater via a steam reservoir 15 and then, is guided to a steam turbine 9 to drive a generator 10. The steam 106 partially extracted enters a modifying device of a modified type combustor 4 to help generate a reducing gas. The steam leaving the steam turbine 9 undergoes a heat exchange in a condenser 12 and a part thereof is forwarded to the waste heat recovery device 8. In addition, the steam leaving the steam turbine 9 is circulated to the boiler 2 via a feed water system.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce dioxine by forming a high temperature flue in a multiplex pipe structure to guide high temperature combustion gas generated by a combustor as a heat source for an superheater to the superheater so that a turbine can be driven with steam superheated by an superheating system to superheat steam generated by an incineration system for power generation. SOLUTION: Wastes are incinerated by an incinerator 1 and obtained combustion gas 2 is supplied as oxidizing agent for a combustor 5. Dioxine contained in the combustion gas 2 is decomposed while staying in a high temperature atmosphere (at about 800 deg.C) for a certain time (about one second) when passing through the combustor 5 and a high temperature flue 8. The high temperature flue 8 is formed in a multiplex pipe structure, or into a triple pipe, to reduce the dioxine, which can stay in a high temperature atmosphere for a long time. Steam 3 generated with waste combustion gas 2 is superheated by an superheater 4 to drive a steam turbine 11 for operating a power generator 12.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce dioxin by providing restriction plates inside a high temperature flue for leading high temperature gas generated in a combustor to be a heat source of a superheater, to the superheater. SOLUTION: In a waste power generation system, combustion gas 2 obtained by incinerating waste in an incinerator 1 is supplied as an oxidizer for a combustor 6 to be a heat source of a superheater 5 for overheating steam 3 obtained at a boiler 4. Dioxin contained in the combustion gas 2 is decomposed by staying for the fixed time in a high temperature atmosphere at the time of passing inside the combustor 6 and a high temperature flue 9. At this time, a low temperature part is formed due to nonuniform temperature distribution of the combustion gas in the high temperature flue 9, decomposition of dioxin is insufficient. Restriction plates 14 are therefore provided inside the high temperature flue 9. Passage area is gradually reduced by the restriction plates 14, and flow velocity of combustion gas flowing inside the high temperature flue 9 is increased, so that shearing is generated to accelerate mixing of high temperature gas to obtain uniform temperature distribution.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove nitrogen oxides contained in an incinerator exhaust gas without using a catalyst denitrification apparatus, and raise the inlet temperature of a steam turbine or increase the quantity of generated steam, by adjusting the oxygen concentration of exhaust gas introduced as an oxidizer into the combustion part of a fuel reform type combustor. SOLUTION: Exhaust gas where the concentration of oxygen and the temperature are adjusted to specified values is introduced into the combustion part 22 of a fuel reform type combustion 20 via a system 301. The reformer 21 of the fuel reform type combustor 20 is supplied with fuel from a system 510, air for combustion from a system 420, and steam from a system 201. The fuel of the system 510 is preheated in a fuel heater 15, being introduced from a system 500. In the fuel reform type combustor 20, the fuel combusts with exhaust gas as an oxidizer, after becoming fuel gas at high temperature where hydrogen components have increased, being reformed by the fuel, air, and steam from each system 510, 420 and 201, and becomes combustion exhaust gas fixed in properties which does not contain nitrogen oxides, and flows to a waste heat recovery device 10 from the system 305.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably resolve dioxin in a refuse incinerating power system of a larger exhaust gas fluctuation in a shorter span as well as in a longer span by reforming fuel in its fuel reform device and burning in its burner reformed gas and the whole or part of exhaust gas emitted from its refuse incinerator. SOLUTION: Refuse combustion gas 20 from a combustion furnace 19 and water supplied from feed water piping 21 exchange heat with each other in a refuse combustion boiler 23 to produce steam. The mixed gas composed of gas or mist vaporized in a fuel reform device 29 and steam supplied from an air supply device 38 which are both mixed together is partially oxidized or burned to obtain gas to be reformed which is thereafter reformed with steam from a steam turbine 34 to obtain hydrogen-containing gas. The hydrogen- containing gas and exhaust gas 39 from the downstream of a dust collector 26 are burned in a combustor 28. The resultant exhaust gas is held up under high temperatures of 700 deg.C or above one second or longer for resolution of its dioxin, and is then passed through a superheater 31 to be emitted to the atmosphere.

The power generation system has the indirective thermal exchanging fuel reformer 56 in which first combustion gas 55 heating the mixture gas 17 and the mixture gas 17 are not mixed, a burner 12 which burns hydrogen including gas 19 obtained by the fuel reformer 56 and refuse incineration discharge gas 60, that is refuse combustion gas 4 to generate second combustion gas 24, and an overheater 10 which overheats steam 5 generated from a burning system by the use of the second combustion gas 24 generated by the burner 12. It is thus possible to reduce NOx contained in combustion gas which is an overheating source of the steam 5 generated by a refuse incinerating boiler 6.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve decomposing performance of dioxin in waste power generating system, high in the short periodical or long periodical waste gas fluctuation, by a method wherein modified gas is obtained by oxidizing original fuel partially while a first chamber for modifying the modified gas and a second chamber for introducing cooling medium into the first chamber are provided. SOLUTION: Upon operating a fuel modifying device 29 annexed to a waste treating system, mixture gas 12 is supplied into a fuel flow passage 3 through a fuel supplying pipe 6 and air 13 is supplied into the fuel flow passage 3 through an air supplying pipe 7, then, the mixture is ignited by an ignition plug 11 to effect diffusion combustion. Water vapor 14 is supplied into a cooling jacket 4 through a cooling medium supplying pipe 8 to cool a cylindrical bulkhead from the outside thereof and, thereafter, the water vapor 14 is injected into the fuel flow passage 3 to modify the modified gas into hydrogen-containing gas by mixing the water vapor 14 into high-temperature modified gas obtained by combustion. Then, the obtained hydrogen-containing gas is burnt to burn waste gas from the waste gas system of an incinerating boiler and decompose dioxin.
