    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam condenser and a power generation facility using the condenser capable of suppressing variation of a steam condenser vacuum degree while satisfying conditions regarding cooling water. SOLUTION: The steam condenser is equipped with a water supply tube 110 passing the cooling water taken from a water source, a tube nest 10 condensing steam from a steam turbine by the cooling water in a plurality of cooling tubes, a drain tube 120 passing the cooling water discharge from the tube nest, a bypass tube 50 passing the cooling water from the water supply tube toward the drain tube, a flow control valve 5 controlling a flow rate of the cooling water supplied from the water supply tube to the drain tube, a circulation tube 40 passing the cooling water from the drain tube to the water supply tube, and a booster pump 4 controlling a flow rate of the cooling water supplied from the drain tube to the water supply tube. By the flow control valve and the booster pump, a deviation is applied to either one of a temperature, a flow rate, or the temperature and the flow rate of the cooling water flowing into the tube nest with respect to a temperature and a flow rate of the cooling water in an upstream side of the water supply tube.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the prevention or repairing of vibration abrasion, thinning, corrosion and erosion of a heat transfer tube supporting plate and tube hole with a low cost without necessitating the long period of periodical inspection by a method wherein flowable filler is poured into a gap between the outer surface of a heat transfer tube and the wall surface of tube hole on a heat transfer tube supporting plate to cure it. SOLUTION: A plurality of heat transfer tube supporting plates 9 are installed in a cylinder 10 so as to be arranged with a proper interval and flowable filler 11 is applied on the heat transfer tube supporting plates 9. The flowable filler 11 is provided with good flowability immediately after being produced whereby flows easily into gaps between the tube holes on the heat transfer tube supporting plate 9 and the heat transfer tubes 12 by pouring it along the wall surface of the heat transfer tube supporting plates 9 whereby the filler soaks easily into not only the outer peripheral part of a tube nest but also into the central part of the same. In this case, the flowable filler 11 is cured at a normal temperature after being produced while the flowable filler 11, adhered to the surface of the heat transfer tube supporting plate 9 and cured, not only blocks a gap between the tube hole of the heat transfer tube supporting plate 9 and the heat transfer tube 12 but also functions as the supporting plate of heat transfer tubes by itself.

    • PURPOSE:To permit the efficient and automatic brush washing work of the inside of fine tubes for a heat exchanger by supplying washing brushes continuously from a brush supplying device to an automatic brush inserting device through a brush supplying hose. CONSTITUTION:A brush supplying hose 8, connected to a brush supplying device 10 at the outside of a heat exchanger water chamber through a water chamber manhole 13, is connected to a brush inserting nozzle 4. A multitude of fine tube washing brushes is accumulated temporarily in a brush case 12 and is inserted sequentially one by one into the brush supplying hose 8 by the brush supplying device 10. In this case, pressure fluid, whose pressure is increased by a feed water pump 11, is supplied into the brush supplying hose 8 through a feed water hose 9 by opening a feed water valve 17 while the fine tube washing brushes are moved into the brush supplying hose 8 together with the pressure fluid and arrive at the nozzle 4, thereafter, are inserted into fine tubes 3 for the heat exchanger. Further, the washing brushes pass through the fine tubes of the heat exchanger by the continuous supply of the pressure fluid from the feed water pump 11 whereby the function of washing of the internal wall surfaces of the fine tubes may be accomplished.
