    • PURPOSE:To permit the efficient and automatic brush washing work of the inside of fine tubes for a heat exchanger by supplying washing brushes continuously from a brush supplying device to an automatic brush inserting device through a brush supplying hose. CONSTITUTION:A brush supplying hose 8, connected to a brush supplying device 10 at the outside of a heat exchanger water chamber through a water chamber manhole 13, is connected to a brush inserting nozzle 4. A multitude of fine tube washing brushes is accumulated temporarily in a brush case 12 and is inserted sequentially one by one into the brush supplying hose 8 by the brush supplying device 10. In this case, pressure fluid, whose pressure is increased by a feed water pump 11, is supplied into the brush supplying hose 8 through a feed water hose 9 by opening a feed water valve 17 while the fine tube washing brushes are moved into the brush supplying hose 8 together with the pressure fluid and arrive at the nozzle 4, thereafter, are inserted into fine tubes 3 for the heat exchanger. Further, the washing brushes pass through the fine tubes of the heat exchanger by the continuous supply of the pressure fluid from the feed water pump 11 whereby the function of washing of the internal wall surfaces of the fine tubes may be accomplished.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to shorten the required time for starting the captioned plant by determining the correction quantity for the standard schedule through the application of the correction rules according to the deviation between the standard initial temperature state and the actual initial temperature state, thus allowing the operation restriction conditions to be satisfied. CONSTITUTION:A starting schedule preparing function 1000 estimates the initial value based on the temperature deviation between the standard cooling characteristic and the actual cooling state through the application of the fuzz estimation 500 in an initial value estimating means 200, and a standard schedule preparing means 300 calculates the correction quantity of the standard schedule through the application of the correction rules 610, 640, and 670 based on the deviation of the standard initial value. A dynamic characteristic model 100 quantitatively calculates the starting characteristic according to the supposed starting schedule, and a schedule optimizing means 400 qualitatively evaluates the starting characteristic, and then performs optimization through the repetitive calculation method, confirming the operation restrication conditions. The starting control 3000 is thus carried out in the optimized starting schedule. Therefore, the required time for the starting can be shortened, and the safe starting can be ensured.
