摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably control an air compression device, and concurrently, control a supply of compressed air neither more nor less to loading equipment. SOLUTION: This control device is equipped with an air compression device provided with air compressors C1 through C4, a compressed air feeding part feeding compressed air outputted out of the air compression device to loading equipment L1 through Ln to be connected by way of a receiver tank R1, and with a compressed air control part 4 controlling compressed air to be outputted out of the air compression device based on a target pressure and an initial pressure to be detected by the receiver tank R1. In this case, a target pressure correction means 20 is provided for the compression air control part 4, which detects the lowest end pressure out of end pressure to be fed to respective loading equipment at specified time intervals, selects the minimum end pressure and the minimum end pressure deviation out of the pressure deviation from the respective target end pressure, outputs correction pressure that decreases/ increases in order the deviation of end pressure at a specified rate for the specified period of time, and thereby corrects the target pressure by the use of the aforesaid correction pressure.

摘要： PURPOSE:To balance an output from a thyristor converter while smoothly conducting positive and negative changeover control by adding a compensatory signal interlocked with the change of the load circuit constitution of the thyristor converter to the control signal of the thyristor converter having positive and negative bidirectional characteristics. CONSTITUTION:An output from an exciter 2 supplies the excitation currents of the exciter 2 required at the time of normal operation by a field regulating resistor FR. A control signal Vc corresponding to a deviation between output voltage Vg from a synchronous machine 1 and reference voltage VREF is transmitted to a positive-side thyristor converter 4P or a negative-side thyristor converter 4N through an adder 33 and a pulse generator 34. On the other hand, a bias signal circuit 37 adds signal to the control signal Vc according to the operation of an interlocking relay 38 interlocked with a switch 5 switching outputs from the thyristor converters 4P, 4N.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a synchronous machine from becoming an abnormal state due to overcompensation of a voltage element by excluding a voltage compensator when the machine is operated out of the specified voltage. CONSTITUTION:Low excitation limiters 5f, 5g which input effective and reactive powers are provided. The excitation limiter 5f has a setter for setting the cutting piece a1S and the slope b1S of the limiting characteristic UEL1. A voltage compensator 5h varies the limiting chatacteristic UEL2 of the limiter 5g to UEL2(V) when the terminal voltage of the machine drops to the set signal or lower of the voltage compensation starting point setter. When the machine is operated at the rated voltage or lower, the contact 22b of an interlock relay 22 is closed to disconnect the compensator 5h. Thus, the abnormal state of the machine due to the overcompensation of the voltage element can be prevented.

The input side reporting lamp 44 of a reporting panel 42 is turned on by the input side signal of the protecting device 41. The output side reporting lamp 45 of the reporting panel 42 is turned on by the command signal to the actuator 32. The protecting function logic of an input tranmsitted to the protecting device 41 with an output from the protecting device 41 is expressed by a logical system diagram 46 which executes a visual appeal by a pattern and the logical group diagram 46 is inserted between the reporting lamps 44 and 45 in the reporting panel 42.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the received power-factor, by taking the operation outputs of electric generators into consideration and distributing generator control instruction signals to automatic voltage regulators for the generators and thereby controlling the reactive power share. CONSTITUTION:The received power-factor of an electric station connected to a plurality of electric generators and loads is improved. The difference between the reactive power detected by a reactive power detector 1 and a setpoint is determined. A polarity discriminator 3 is operated by the difference signal DELTAQ. The output signals of output limit setting units 6 for the generators 10 are applied to generator output margin detectors 7 to produce output margin signals, which are set as distribution coefficients for the generators 10 by an adder 8 and calculators 9. Multipliers 4 multiply said difference signals by the distribution coefficients. Then, the products are applied to the generators 10 through controllers 5. Therefore, the reactive power share can be controlled in consideration of the margins between the real outputs of the generators and allowable values therefore.
