    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gas turbine, satisfying a mechanical property and having high thermal efficiency, by making the outer peripheral part of a gas turbine disk, composed of martensitic heat-proof steel, have material high in creep breaking strength than that of the center part, and by making the center part have material high in low-temperature toughness and high bearing strength in high-temperature than those of the outer peripheral part. SOLUTION: A high-temperature gas turbine, wherein a combustion gas inlet temperature becomes 1400 deg.C or more, is composed of a bucket, a stacking bolt, a spacer, and a disk, etc.; and in this case, the outer peripheral part of the disk is to be material having high creep braking strength, and the center part is to be material having low-temperature toughness and high bearing strength in 300 deg.C. Such the disk can be manufactured by installing an outer layer material 2 as an electrode in a space between a core material 1 and a water cooling casting die 5, and filling the space by an electroslug remelting method, to manufacture a composite steel block, thereby fairing it by hot forging. In this case, electroslug melting is preferably melted while relatively rotating the core material 1 and the outer layer material 2, in melting the electroslug.
