Therefore, by combining the printed wiring board 1 and the aluminum plate 7, packaging to the same block as a logic part can be achieved and the configuration of a cooling material for heat dissipation (aluminum plate, cooling fin) can be changed according to the level of the calorific value of a power supply module, thus reducing the thickness, reducing cost, and improving reliability.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize electric wave shielding inside a case, by forming a top case made of conductive plastics and fixing band-shaped matters made of conductive rubber on both end surfaces of a bottom case and next by performing conductive connection of this band-shaped matter to said case. CONSTITUTION:A top case 1 is formed of conductive plastics, and engagement grooves 1-1, 2-1 are formed on end parts of a bottom case. Bumps 7-1, 8-1 are formed. Band-shaped conductive rubber matters 7, 8 with the respective bumps 7-1, 8-1 are prepared. These respective bumps 7-1, 8-1 of the conductive rubber matters 7, 8 are engaged with said engagement grooves 1-1, 2-1, and they are made to adhere to each other by heat fusion or solvent adhesion. At that time a skin layer on the surface of the conductive plastics is broken by a solvent or heat, and so the inside conductive layer and the conductive rubber are fused to be junctioned electrically to each other. The top case and the bottom case as formed above are combined with each other and they are made to be brought into contact with the conductive rubber matters 7, 8. Since the whole case becomes an electrical conductor, electric wave shielding is realized completely inside the case.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture a structure of superior electromagnetic function by coating a conductive fiber composition for giving electromagnetic shield function with thermoplastic resin or a filling material composite plastic resin of given heat deformation temperature range in one direction and using a conductive fiber composite resin composition of two kinds or more of pellet-shaped compositions of given length. CONSTITUTION:A conductive fiber is a metallic fiber or metal coated fiber and constituted at least of two kinds of thermoplastic resin of 80-210 deg.C heat deformation temperature are used. A continuous conductive material line constituted of metallic bundle fibers is manufactured by using said conductive fiber and thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic resin including the filler and setting a crosshead in an extruder and being constituted of said thermoplastic resin is cut into the given length of 3-10mm to manufacture column-shaped pellets. A casing for an electronic instrument can be molded by using said pellets of given length and an ordinary injection molding material.

Further, by connecting metal part of a unit 3 or an earth terminal with a screw hole formed at the center of the insert screw 7 by using a small pan-head screw 5, the unit 3 and the conductive plastic 1 can be completely connected. Thereby radiated radiowaves can be shielded.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable discharge of printer sheets stacked in a movable bracket from the front of a terminal disc by fixing the movable bracket for mounting the printer sheets movably at one end to a fixed bracket for securing a paper stacker to a base. CONSTITUTION:A paper stacker 3 is fixed to the rear of a terminal disc 1, then printer sheets 5 are passed through a printer 2 from below the terminal disc 1 and stacked in a movable bracket 42 in the paper stacker 3. When predetermined amount of printer sheets 5 are stacked, a lock lever 43 is pulled to this side and section A of the lock lever 43 is hooked to section B of a fixed bracket 41 so as to lock the movable bracket at a pulled state. At this time, one end of the stacked printer sheet 5 is pulled immediately in front of the rear end of the terminal disc 1 and comes to a position accessable from the front of the disc 1. Consequently, the printer sheet 5 can be discharged easily from the front of the terminal disc 1.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an electroconductive fiber composite resin suitable for electromagnetic shielding of electronic equipment by a method wherein bundle conductors, each of which consists of fine strands and essential ingredient of which is iron-based metal fiber, are continuously fed by means of an extruder so as to be coveringly imbedded in thermoplastic resin matrix and the resultant composite resin is cut to proper lengths. CONSTITUTION:Electroconductive fibers are composed of at least two kinds of fibers selected from the group consisting of iron-based metal fibers having the cross-sectional diameter of 5-15mum, copper-based metal fibers having the diameter of 15-60mum, aluminum-based metal fibers having the diameter of 15-60mum and metal-clad fibers and the iron-based metal fiber is the essential ingredient of the electroconductive fibers. Further, through the three- dimensional intertwinement of the electroconductive fibers with one another or the presence of their contact points, electroconductive circuits having network structure are produced. Since the stress relaxation characteristics of resin must be higher than a certain level in order to maintain the contact pressure at the contact point, thermoplastic resin having a heat deformation temperature of 80-210 deg.C is used. Furthermore, a crosshead, on which dies 11-13 are mounted, is installed to a double screw extruder so as to continuously feed 2-5 bundles of electroconductive fibers 1, 2 or the like for covering with molten resin 30 in order to obtain a multi-core continuous body. Finally, after being cooled down, the continuous body is cut to proper lengths.
