CONSTITUTION:An insert screw 7, wherein a screw hole is formed at the center of a cylinder metal parts and three kinds of tapping screws are formed on the outer periphery of the metal parts, is inserted into conductive plastic 1a. At this time, the insert screw 7 is inserted while scraping off an surface insulating layer 1b of the conductive plastic 1a, so that the screw 7 comes into contact with metal filler in the inside, and electric connection is enabled. Further, by connecting metal part of a unit 3 or an earth terminal with a screw hole formed at the center of the insert screw 7 by using a small pan-head screw 5, the unit 3 and the conductive plastic 1 can be completely connected. Thereby radiated radiowaves can be shielded.

    • PURPOSE:To enable discharge of printer sheets stacked in a movable bracket from the front of a terminal disc by fixing the movable bracket for mounting the printer sheets movably at one end to a fixed bracket for securing a paper stacker to a base. CONSTITUTION:A paper stacker 3 is fixed to the rear of a terminal disc 1, then printer sheets 5 are passed through a printer 2 from below the terminal disc 1 and stacked in a movable bracket 42 in the paper stacker 3. When predetermined amount of printer sheets 5 are stacked, a lock lever 43 is pulled to this side and section A of the lock lever 43 is hooked to section B of a fixed bracket 41 so as to lock the movable bracket at a pulled state. At this time, one end of the stacked printer sheet 5 is pulled immediately in front of the rear end of the terminal disc 1 and comes to a position accessable from the front of the disc 1. Consequently, the printer sheet 5 can be discharged easily from the front of the terminal disc 1.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an electroconductive fiber composite resin suitable for electromagnetic shielding of electronic equipment by a method wherein bundle conductors, each of which consists of fine strands and essential ingredient of which is iron-based metal fiber, are continuously fed by means of an extruder so as to be coveringly imbedded in thermoplastic resin matrix and the resultant composite resin is cut to proper lengths. CONSTITUTION:Electroconductive fibers are composed of at least two kinds of fibers selected from the group consisting of iron-based metal fibers having the cross-sectional diameter of 5-15mum, copper-based metal fibers having the diameter of 15-60mum, aluminum-based metal fibers having the diameter of 15-60mum and metal-clad fibers and the iron-based metal fiber is the essential ingredient of the electroconductive fibers. Further, through the three- dimensional intertwinement of the electroconductive fibers with one another or the presence of their contact points, electroconductive circuits having network structure are produced. Since the stress relaxation characteristics of resin must be higher than a certain level in order to maintain the contact pressure at the contact point, thermoplastic resin having a heat deformation temperature of 80-210 deg.C is used. Furthermore, a crosshead, on which dies 11-13 are mounted, is installed to a double screw extruder so as to continuously feed 2-5 bundles of electroconductive fibers 1, 2 or the like for covering with molten resin 30 in order to obtain a multi-core continuous body. Finally, after being cooled down, the continuous body is cut to proper lengths.

CONSTITUTION:A metal fitting 10 for fixing a floppy disk is put on an FDD base 3 and slid on the base 3. Then guide bosses 7 are inserted into corresponding guide holes 9 for positioning the fitting 10 for sliding. When the bosses 7 are inserted, a click 4 provided to a base 3 is engaged with part of the fitting 10. After positioning a floppy disk device 8, the metal fitting 10 is fixed to the base by means of metal fitting fixing screws 12. After fixing the metal fitting 10, a floppy disk operating window 6 can easily be aligned to the floppy disk device 8, with gaps A and B being set easily without receiving any restrictions from the dimensional errors of a main body frame 2, the base, and a front panel 5 and the cumulative error after assemblage.
