An IC2 is a comparator (or line receiver) with a high input impedance, an output of the comparator IC1 is connected to one input terminal E and a DC reference voltage Vref is applied to the other input terminal F. The constant current circuit CG can be a circuit comprising an operatonal amplifier IC, a transistor Q and a resistor R, the maximum variable delay time is set optionally and the delay time of the front edge and rear edge of an input pulse waveform is set independently.

    • PURPOSE:To realize low output impedance in a wide frequency range by setting the frequency characteristic of the voltage gain of a voltage amplifying part to lag-lead type. CONSTITUTION:A voltage amplifying part AMP consisting of an operational amlifier, a current amplifying part CB having diamond circuit constitution, etc. are provided. A capacitor CL and negative feedback resistances R1 and R2 are connected to the output stage of the current amplifying part CB, and a divided output voltage due to these resistances is fed back to the inverted input terminal of the operational amplifier. The capacitor CL constitutes an integrating circuit together with an internal resistance (R) of the current amplifying part CB. Two poles are provided in the transfer characteristic by the operational amplifier and this integrating circuit, and a peak is generated in the output impedance by f0= 1/(2piCLr), and therefore, the output is fed back to the operational amplifier itself by capacitors C1 and C2 and a resistance R3, and the transfer characteristic is set to lag-lead type to reduce this peak of the output impedance.

    • PURPOSE:To realize the improvement of the speed of a transmission signal and the voltage accuracy in a multi-function circuit by forming a pi or T type low pass filter in a transmission line between a measuring system and a system to be measured and employing a capacitor to the components. CONSTITUTION:The M side is a pulse oscillator side and the output side of the N side is a measuring instrument side. A microstrip line 10 is a line provided between the signal oscillator and a waveform supervisory circuit and a line 11 is a line between a switch and an output terminal. The lines 10, 11 are lines with desired characteristic impedance. A microstrip line 12 has a higher characteristic impedance than those of the lines 10, 11. The capacitors 13, 14 represent respectively the input capacitance of the said switch. The said oscillator generates a waveform of a single frequency being not a sinusoidal wave. The LPF has a characteristic of maximum flat type. Since no deviation of loss or phase is caused in the pass band, the maximum effect is attained.

Meanwhile, when the potential of the terminal IT2 is higher than that of the terminal IT1, the potential of the terminal OT1, is equal to a power source voltage VCC by the nonlinearity of the diode D2, and the potential of the terminal OT2 is a value V2 obtained by subtracting the voltage drop of a load resistance R2 form the power source voltage VCC (state S2). In the state S1, one potential V1 is obtained in output terminals OT1 and OT2; and in the state S2, potentials VCC and V2 are obtained, and as the result, three kinds of potential are obtained as the total. If load resistances R1 and R2 have the same value, the potential V1 is an additive average of potentials VCC and V2, and differences (VCC-V1) and (V1-V2) of three kinds of potential are equal to each other.

    • PURPOSE:To realize versatile application for various circuits by small-sized, simple constitution and perform high-speed measurement by inputting a periodic waveform, measuring the duty ratio of an output waveform, and deciding on an input offset voltage. CONSTITUTION:The periodic waveform from a periodic waveform generator 8, when inputted to the comparator 7, etc., of a circuit to be measured, is compared with the input offset voltage that the comparator 7 has, and the comparator 7 outputs a waveform with a duty ratio corresponding to the input offset voltage. The duty ratio of this output waveform is measured by a duty ratio measuring instrument 9 to determine the input offset voltage. Therefore, the simple, small-sized constitution which eliminates the need for a negative feedback circuit, etc., while using a high-grain comparator allows the versatile application for various circuits including a comparator and the input offset voltage is measured speedily.
