    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the ununiform mold-opening during a molding process, and consequently obtain a highly accurate molded article by a method wherein a thickness adjusting part is provided in a mold and divided into a plurality of zones sot as to adjust the thickness of each portion by means of temperature or the like. SOLUTION: In a thickness adjusting part 31, temperature adjusting parts 41, 42, 43... and temperature detecting parts 51, 52, 53... are assembled. For example, the thickness adjusting part 31 is divided into nine zones. In respective zones, the temperature adjusting parts 41-49 and the temperature detecting parts 51-59, which make pairs with the temperature adjusting parts so as to detect the temperature of the zones, are assembled. The temperature adjusting parts 41-49 and the temperature detecting parts 51-59 are connected with a temperature controlling part 61 so as to realize the controllings of the temperatures of the respective zones to predetermined temperatures. The pre-settings of the temperatures of the respective zones can be possible at the temperature controlling part 61. As the temperature adjusting parts 41-49, heaters, which performs their heating through the turning ON and OFF of signals sent from temperature controlling part 61, are employed for adjusting the temperatures of the zones.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save waste of light irradiation time consumed for forming the holding portions by a method wherein a plurality of holding parts for holding a model are provided in advance to a device and, in addition, a means for moving the holding parts to the direction of lamination and a means for individually controlling the movements are provided. SOLUTION: A photo-shaping system controlling circuit 5 makes an action map 10 for moving a moving means 4 from the position of a model holding part 3, on which a flag is up, from the relationship among the position of the model holding part 3, on which the flag is already up, contour drawing data 13 read-in anew and the arrangement data 6 of model holding parts 3. In response to the action map 10, the moving means 4 sinks the model holding part 3 locating at the position the flag is up further deeper below the liquid level of photosetting resin 1 by the lamination pitch and reads the contour drawing data 13 of the third layer. By repeating the actions as mentioned above, a model is produced. Thus, the time for producing the holding portions by light can be saved, resulting in realizing a high speed shaping.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain a temperature distribution at molding in a rotational symmetry so as to mold a rectangular lens with a high precision by providing a cavity for molding the rectangular lens, an auxiliary cavity which becomes almost a circle when it is fit to the cavity, and a gate for connecting the cavity and the auxiliary cavity to each other. CONSTITUTION:A resin melted in a molding machine is passed through a sprue 9, a runner 8, and a gate 7 so as to charge a cavity 6 with it. The resin is further passed through an auxiliary gate 14 so as to charge an auxiliary cavity 13 with it. Heat of a fixed mold 1 and a movable mold 2 is exchanged for heat of a temperature adjusting medium which passes the molds, and each resin is cooled. At that time, as the space between the cavity 6 and the auxiliary cavity 13 is small, the resin is cooled in the same manner as in the case the whole is one circular cavity. That is, the inner temperature of the resin is cooled in a state that a rotational symmetry is retained. Thereafter, the fixed mold 1 and the movable mold 2 are separated from each other, an extrusion board 10 is moved within a space 11 and an extrusion bar 10a is moved, a lens is connected at the auxiliary gate 14 and protruded.
