Next when the acceleration F with a declination alpha acts on the detector 1, the housing 4 that has been held in the same direction as Y-Y by the elastic body 7 acts on the center of gravity, a moment of rotation around the axis is developed, the housing 4 turns through an angle at which it balances a resisting force of the elastic body 7. As a result, the axis 10 in the housing 4 deflects in the direction Z-Z, the inertia body 11 can easily be moved.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the gentle starting of a compressor by providing a means of reducing the balance time between the pressure in a compression chamber and a piston back pressure at the time of stopping the compressor. CONSTITUTION:A side housing 23 has a passage 26 for connecting a low-pressure chamber 24, a high-pressure chamber 25 and a high-pressure chamber 25 to the high-pressure side piping of a refrigerating cycle. The passage 26 consists of a passage which forms an inlet throttle 27 with a small sectional area and a passage which forms an expansion chamber 28 with an enlarged sectional area, and a check valve 29 as a balance-time reducing means is provided on the expansion chamber 28, while providing an outlet throttle 30 on the outlet side of the expansion chamber 28. The balance-time reducing means reduces the balance time between the pressure in a compression chamber 1 and the back pressure of a piston 3 at the stopping time of the compressor thereby, moving a swash plate 4 by the force of a spring 12 in a short time to be controlled to the minimum capacity.

    • PURPOSE:To secure proper sealing pressure for sealing members which are slidably moved on the inner circumferential surface of a cylinder while being hermetically sealed by the use of blowby gas by forming a communicating means introducing the pressure in a rotor center section to the tip end section of vanes. CONSTITUTION:A slider 19 is formed with a valve means composed of long grooves 32 and 33, and the length of the long grooves 32 and 33 is so designed that communicating holes 30 and 31 shall be opened within a rotation range between the rotation angle theta1 of vanes 15 and 16 at whose angle the suction stroke becomes initially effective and the rotation angle theta2 wherein theta2=180 deg.-theta1. This constitution allows the medium pressure in a space 12 at the center section of a rotor 3 to act on the back of top seals 25 and 26 via the communicating holes 30 and 31 during the suction stroke of the vane 15, thereby letting the pressure neither be excessively low nor excessively high against the top seals 25 and 26.
