CONSTITUTION:A clutch housing 8 and a piston housing 9 are connected to each other with bolts, a piston 3 is inside of it and a return spring is installed between the piston 3 and the clutch housing 8. Additionally, the piston 3 is provided with a brake pin 10, and this pin 10 strokes integrally with the piston 3 through an opening provided on the piston housing 9. A plural number of grooves for braking where the top end of the brake piston 10 enters are provided on a cartridge 11. Then, in the state where no high pressure oil is supplied, the piston 3 is moved by the return spring, and a clutch is let off. At this time, the pin 10 is moved with the piston 3, the pin 10 is engaged with the grooves provided on the cartridge 11, rotation of a gear shaft is stopped and accompanied rotation is prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of noise of a gear, by a method wherein a title gear has hollow closed structure formed with a gear rim, a boss, and a web, a damping material is attached to the inner surface of the web of a hollow closed part, and the damping material is used without being influenced by external atmosphere and the possibility of a drop. CONSTITUTION:By attaching a damping material 9 to a web plate, film vibration of a web 3 is reduced. In the case of a weld gear, since the generation of noise of the whole of a gear is highly influenced by vibration of the web 3, by suppression of vibration of the web 3, the generation of noise of a weld structure gear is reduced. Further, since a weld structure part formed with a gear rim 1 and a hub 2 forms hollow closed structure, the interior of the hollow part can be isolated from external atmosphere. This constitution prevents the damping material 9 from being influenced by external atmosphere, resulting in prevention of deterioration and a change of properties of the damping material 9. Moreover, a problem, wherein the damping 9 is dropped and produces a foreign matter in a gear case 6, is prevented from arising.

    • PURPOSE:To set up a bevel-planet reduction gear to a vertical crusher lower part so as to visually inspect a planet gear part tooth surface with the bevel- planet reduction gear left as placed in the set up position by disassembling only partly the reduction gear so that a carrier part can be lowered down in the axial direction at the time of maintenance work. CONSTITUTION:In this planetary reduction gear for a vertical crusher, rotation of a motor-driven input shaft 2 is converted into vertical shaft rotation by paired bevel gears 5, and a carrier 13 is rotated through a sun gear 12, meshed with an internal gear 11 fixed to a casing 1, by rotating a sun gear 9 of a planet gear part, mounted on an upper part of a gear wheel shaft 6 of the bevel gear, to transmit output rotation of this carrier to an output flange 17 from a carrier shaft 14. At the time of inspecting the gears, first an input shaft part is extracted together with a cartridge 18 thereafter to fit a hydraulic pipe to a hole of the output flange 17, and the carrier 13 is lowered down by actuating a hydraulic actuator 15 to store the sun gear 9 in a recessed part in the inside of the carrier shaft 14. And then, tooth surfaces are inspected from an inspection window 19 and a disassembly hole of the input shaft part.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate affect of a thrust bearing on a reduction gear side at a time of generation of abnormal moment by constituting the respective connecting parts between both the table flange of the output shaft of a moderator and the flange of a crusher side so that the connecting parts can be moved to the axial direction and spring action is held to the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:The respective connecting parts between both the table flange 6 of the output shaft of a moderator and the flange 5 of a crusher side are joined by the bolts 20 fitted with rubber bushes 19. Furthermore the flange 5, 6 are joined in such a state that a spring 18 is compressed. Further a rubber sheet 16 is provided between the faces of the flanges. When abnormal thrust moment is generated, the flange 5 is floated up and the flange 6 pressed by the spring is not floated and therefor the thrust bearings 7 are not affected. Further when the flange 5 floated in the single side is allowed to fall down, shock is absorbed by the spring and the rubber sheet. Therefore operation is continued without causing trouble.

    • PURPOSE:To increase capacity of the lower part of a casing without increasing height as the outer wall of a cylinder is held by a method wherein the outer wall of a case is formed of double structure, an inner wall supports a thrust load in a conventional way, and the outer wall forms the outer wall of an oil tank. CONSTITUTION:Rotation is transmitted from a bevel pinion, formed integrally with an input shaft 12, to a bevel gear shaft 18 of a vertical shaft having a bevel gear 16. The rotation is transmitted through a gear coupling 21 to a solar gear 4, a planetary gear 5, and an internal gear 10 of a planetary gear system. A gear 10 is fixed to a casing 15, the number of revolutions is transmitted from a carrier shaft 3 to a table coupling 8 to drive a crusher. Meanwhile, the thrust load of the crusher is transmitted from the coupling 8 to a foundation after transmission of it to a thrust bearing 1 and a housing wall 22 for supporting the thrust bearing. An oil level in an oil tank located to the lower part of the housing is lowered to a level lower than that of the gear 16. A through-hole is formed in a thrust load support wall 22, and the inside of an outer wall 23 of a double housing can be used as a tank.

    • PURPOSE:To support thrust loads only by a thrust bearing portion without affecting the gear system of a reduction gear by providing the reduction gear with a thrust load exerting device. CONSTITUTION:A load exerting device is provided for exerting downward pressure on an output table 5 being rotated, by means of the force of a hydraulic cylinder and via a load exerting roller 8 from the side of a reduction gear case. In the case of abnormalities during operation, such a state therefore arises in which only one among a few of grinding rollers works, at which time grinding loads A being exerted, during exerting of abnormal loads, on the reduction gear output table 5 cannot be supported only by the supporting force C of a thrust bearing 6 so that one side of the table is forced to go up. Since the overturning moment caused by the loads A, however, can be cancelled out by exertion of loads B by means of the load exerting device via the roller 8, thrust loads from a grinding machine are supported only by the thrust bearing to enable the output table to be prevented from going up due to its abnormal thrust moment, without affecting its output shaft and gear system.
