Similarly, the response characteristic of a quantity-of-drive control signal A.ΔV to be transmitted to a motor drive circuit 10 changes, if a transfer gain in a variable-gain amplifier 20 is changed. By doing this way, it becomes possible to change the transfer characteristic in a control system only by the operation of setting by an electric signal Sx, without changing the value of the capacitor element C1 hard to semiconductor- integrated-circuitized. It becomes possible to change the rotational speed of a motor, securing high-stability high-precision control operation.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to reduce both of the upper and lower side output saturation voltages of a driver, by transmitting the output voltage of an input circuit to an output terminal with a voltage drop equivalent to a base-emitter voltage of one transistor, and shifting it to the reference potential side within a range smaller than the base-emitter voltage. CONSTITUTION:An output terminal 5 is driven H or L through an output circuit 4. A bias circuit 8 feeds the emitter of a lower side driving transistor Q11 with a potential obtained by shifting the output voltage Vo of the output terminal 5 to the upper side of a base-emitter voltage of one transistor. When a proper value is selected for the value of a resistor R1 in a level adjusting circuit 9, the level of output voltage Va input from an input circuit 1 to a lower side drive circuit 3 is the minimum value of the sum of lower side output saturation voltage at the time of L output and upper side output saturation voltage at the time of H output. This makes it possible to set the output voltage Vo at the time of H or L output to the optimum level without changing the number of transistors for causing voltage drop in the bias circuit 8.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain high current driving ability, to realize two-way current driving, and to perform accurate control by constituting a voltage-current conversion type current driving amplifier of BTL(Balanced Transformerless) constitution by using two negative feedback amplifiers, and putting a load in the negative feedback path of one amplifier. CONSTITUTION:The BTL circuit consists of the two amplifiers 1 and 2 and a coil L which is, for example, an inductive load is driven with a current. An input signal Vin is supplied to the inverted input terminals of operational amplifiers 1 and 2 in common through a resistance R1. A reference voltage Vref is supplied to the uninverted input terminals in common. Therefore, an output current I0 is determined by I0=-R2+R3/RsR1. (Vin-Vref). In said equation, a varying component is only an input signal Vin, so the output current I0 varies corresponding to the voltage level of the input signal Vin. The output current I0 flows through the coil L, but the amplifiers 1 and 2 are small in output imped ance and the current flows in both ways as shown by an arrow according to the change in the polarity of the input signal Vin.
