摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the generation of heat which reverse flows into an outer case via a cooling fin by providing a heat insulating wall, which also operates as a heat insulating layer for insulating heat from the heat radiating fin against the inside of outer case. SOLUTION: Heat transferred to a cooling fin 8 from the lower surface of a power module 2 is radiated mainly at the heat radiating surface to the atmosphere through natural convection or forcible convection of cooling fin. Meanwhile, a part of heat transferred to the radiating fin 8 raises the temperature of air in the side of heat insulating wall 22, and the air in the heat insulating layer 23 freely moves through the upper and lower openings of an outer case 21. The air heated by the heat radiating fin 8 always absorbs external from the opening of the outer case 21 by the natural convection to become to exhaust air. The temperature of the heat insulating wall 22 in contact with the heat insulating layer 23 rises only up to the temperature of the heat insulating layer 23, so that the temperature rise of the outer case 21 for accommodating electrolytic capacitors 4, 10, control printed circuit board 26, power circuit printed circuit board 27 and signal wiring 29 or the like or restrained.

When a vortex blower 70 is rotated by a motor 71, the pressure in the air bag 100 rises, and the air bag 100 is expanded. The refuse compressing plate 110 is interlockingly depressed, the inserted refuse is compressed in the cassette container 50, and the volume is reduced. The vortex blower 70 is driven in the reverse direction to shrink the air bag 100. The refuse compressing work is automatically conducted by a timer switch at every fixed period.
