    • PURPOSE: To enable oil supply without possibility of mixing into a compression chamber by arranging an oil supply nozzle which is opened to an accelerator and communicates with an oil header at a position of height between the oil header and a lower most oil supply nozzle. CONSTITUTION: When a compressor is stopped, an oil pump 6 is simultaneously stopped, for suspending oil supply to a low pressure stage compressor 1 and a high pressure stage compressor 2. Afterward, lubricating oil in each oil supply passage is returned in an oil header 9 by siphon function, and discharged into an accelerator 3 from an oil supply nozzle 35 provided on an upper portion of the oil header 9. Since the oil supply nozzle 35 is formed on an upper side of the oil header 9, however, the lubricating oil in the oil header is not discharged and held thereinside. Possibility of mixing of the lubricating oil into a compression chamber over the seal of a compressor body is eliminated. When the compressor is restarted, oil supply to a bearing and a gear is restarted only by filling the oil supply pipe 10 and the oil supply passages with the lubricating oil in the oil header 9.

    • PURPOSE:To perform free regulation of length and an angle in the directions of three axes x-z by a method wherein an exhaust gas pipe is divided into a plurality of straight pipe parts or bent pipe parts, a parallel male screw is formed on the end part of each of the division pipings, which are intercoupled through a joint provided at two ends with parallel female screws. CONSTITUTION:In a delivery gas piping through which the delivery gas outlet part of a device, such as a compressor body or a cooler, and a device, such as a cooler, or a compressor body inlet part are intercoupled, a piping 18 provided at end part with a right handed screw parallel male screw and a piping 19 provided at end part with a left handed screw parallel male screw are intercoupled through a coupling 28 provided at one end part with the right handed screw parallel female screw and at the other end part with a right handed screw female screw. Namely, lock nuts 22 and 23 are screwed in the respective end parts of the pipings 18 and 19 and by fastening the lock nuts 22 and 23, the pipings 18 and 19 and the coupling 28 are fixed. The pipings 18 and 19 are coated with a sealant, such as a bond, as a leakage preventing means. Parts 16 and 17 are formed in the same structure as that of a part 15 part and this constitution interconnects the pipings 18 and 21.

    • PURPOSE:To prolong the life of a bearing by fitting a slide bearing through a slight gap at the discharge side shaft edge which is contiguous to a timing gear, on the discharge sides of the female and male rotors, and reducing the radial gas load which acts on the cylindrical roller bearings for supporting the female and male rotors. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of timing gears 4 and 5 are fitted at the discharge side shaft edges of the female and male rotors 2 and 1 which are housed in a casing 3 and meshed each other, and female and male rotor lobe parts 7 and 6 revolve in noncontact form. In order to support the female and male rotors 2 and 1, a plurality of cylindrical roller bearings 9a and 9b are arranged in a suction side casing 8, and a plurality of other cylindrical roller bearings 10a and 10b and angular thrust bearings 11a and 11b are arranged in the casing 3. With this constitution, on one or both discharge sides of the female and male rotors 2 and 1, a plurality of slide bearings 16a and 16b are arranged through a slight gap 15, at each discharge side shaft edge which is contiguous to each of timing gear 4, and 5.
