摘要： PURPOSE:To quickly and automatically judge whether a poison has a flowed into water by measuring the center of gravity, the inclination and the moving speed of a fish and the movement of its fin. CONSTITUTION:A water tank 1 is supplied with water to be inspected and a fish 9 is raised in the water tank 1. The fish 9 is illuminated by an illuminator 3 and the image of the fish 9 is sensed by an image sensing device 4. The body and fin portions of the fish 9 are binarily extracted from the image information thereon by an image processor 5, the position of the center of gravity and the inclination of the fish 9 and the movement of its fin are detected and resultant informations are fed to an arithmetic unit 6. Above-described operation is repeated at set time intervals and the moving speed of the fish 9 is obtained from the position of the center of gravity of the fish 9 by the arithmetic unit 6. By comparing the center of gravity, the inclination and the moving speed of the fish 9 and the movement of its fin with the values of those factors in a normal condition stored in advance in the arithmetic unit 6, whether the movement of the fish 9 is abnormal is judged. If abnormal, an alarm is emitted from an alarm device 7.
