    • PURPOSE:To effectively operate an aeration tank by determining the deviation quantity between a daily total org. contaminant quantity and a preset reference quantity and adjusting the change position of the manipulated variable of the microorganism propagation in the downflow direction of the aeration tank in accordance with the deviation quantity of a prescribed period. CONSTITUTION:A liquid mixture 10 composed of sewage 3 contg. org. contaminants and return sludge 6 is admitted into the aeration tank 1 and is stirred by air 8 from air diffusion pipes 9A-9D by which the contaminants are decomposed. The decomposed materials enter a settling basin 2. The supernatant 5 is released and the excess sludge 7 is discharged to the outside of the system. The deviation between the inflow rate of the sewage per day by a flow meter 11 calculated by a computing element 20 and the reference value of a setter 24 and the average deviation for the prescribed period are determined by a computing element 22 and a control device 26 controls the respective air flow rates by operating blast control means 38A-38C in accordance with the deviation. The deviation between the actually measured value detected by a DO meter 14 and the reference value of a setter 34 are determined by a comparator 3. A controller 36 controls the blast adjusting means 38. The aeration tank is thus effectively operated even against a seasonal change of the inflow sewage.

    • PURPOSE:To carry out an effective deodorization and denitration treatment by providing an NOx detector and a temp. detector at an outlet part of a heating furnace, an an anemometer and an anemoscope near an exhaust gas tower, and by controlling the control system of gas flow passages and of treatment condition of a reaction furnace by the detected values given by the above- mentioned instruments. CONSTITUTION:The temp. of an exhaust gas is detected through a temp. detecting terminal 6 for the outlet part of heating furnace, and the operation of a denitration treatment is decided by a denitration correcting circuit 3. When a temp. of exhaust gas exceeds a set value and an NOx amount detected through an NOx detecting terminal 7 exceeds a set value of an NOx setting circuit 2, a closing command for a by-pass damper 28 of reaction tower an a starting command for an NH3 supply valve 29 and dampers 26, 27 for the inlet and the outlet of a reaction tower are issued from a denitration changeover circuit 4, and a denitration treatment is started. When a denitration treatment command is issued from a fixed direction and velocity setting circuit 1, the same denitration treatment as the above-mentioned is carried out.

    • PURPOSE:To be able to reduce fuel consumption and carry out incinerating treatment effectively by a method wherein exhaust valves are installed at one or several stages locating above set burning stages and actual burning stages are detected and when the actual burning stages locate above the set burning stages, exhaust valves are operated. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust holes 22a, 22b are bored at the side wall of the fifth and sixth stages of an incinerator 1 and exhaust valves 23A, 23B are connected to the exhaust holes 22a, 22b through pipes. A fuel control valve 13 is controlled in such an opening where the temp. of set burning stages becomes the most optimum burning temp. in a set value by a thermometer 17. The temperatures of the three stages as drying zones and four to six stages as burning zones are detected by temp. detectors 7A-7D. Temperature T3-T6 detected by the temp. detectors 7A-7D are input into a judging circuit 18 for burning stages which detects actual burning stages and provides the detected temp. value T6 at the sixth stage in the set burning stages to a controller 17. The circuit 18 supplies information that the detected burning stages belong to which stages to a valve driving circuit 24 and also makes and breaks contacts 8A, 8B after judging whether the incinerator 1 is in preparation for burning or not.
