摘要： PURPOSE:To cut the gear material of high hardness with an usual gear cutting machine for curved tooth bevel wheel by making the rake angle of blade in the axial direction of cutter proper a negative angle in a specific range in the circular cutter that has a multiplicity of cutter blades in its circumference. CONSTITUTION:A multiplicity of cutter blades 1 is attached to the circumference of cutter proper 3 with bolts 2. The rake angle alpha of blade in the axial direction of cutter is made -5 deg.--30 deg., another one beta in the direction perpendicular to the axis of cutter is made 0 deg.. Here, the edge that cuts the tooth face of concave side of the bevel gear is shown by the number 5 in Figure, and the other 6 as for the convex side. By making the rake angle negative, the impact in starting the cutting can be made less and chips can smoothly be discharged since the cutting is initiated from the bottom of blade and is gradually shifted to the tip of edge.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a one-way roller clutch in which there is no distinction in the use of a clutch outer between clockwise rotation and counterclockwise rotation. CONSTITUTION:The recessed portion 5 of a one-way roller clutch 50 is formed by symmetrical wedge-shaped spaces 7a, 7b which get narrower in opposite directions and the outer peripheral surface 1a of a clutch inner. A roller 4 and a push spring 8 are disposed in the wedge-shaped spaces 7a and 7b, respectively, and the roller 4 is used in a clockwise roller clutch and the push spring 8 is reversed and used in a counterclockwise roller clutch. The recessed portion 5 has a protrusion at the boundary between the wedge-shaped spaces 7a, 7b while the interval L between the end 9a of the protrusion and the outer periphery 1a of the clutch inner 1 is smaller than the outside diameter (d) of the roller 4. Movement of the roller 4 is thereby regulated during an overrun so as to prevent the roller 4 from moving into the opposite side.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a rotor structure capable of machining the outer diameter and executing the balancing operation by supporting both ends of a shaft with the formation of an protrusion by protruding the leading end of the small diameter part outward from the end face of a slip ring. CONSTITUTION:A pair of rotor cores 9 are fixed to a shaft 8 while keeping a fine space on the inner circumferential side of a stator core, and holding a nine-field magnetic coil 10 sandwiched by them in the interior. The shaft 8 has a small diameter part 8a positioned outside a bearing 7 in its axial direction and protruded from a bracket 2. A slip ring 12 having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the bearing 7 is fixed to the small diameter part 8a. On the ring, a brush is impulsed. The small part 8a of the shaft has a protrusion 8b to be held by a three-way chuck of a lathe. The protrusion 8b is arranged to be protruded from the end face of the slip ring 12 a 50% or more the outer diameter of the shaft small part 8a. Thus, after the rotor core 9 and slip ring 12 are fixed to the shaft 8 by press, the outer diameter can be machined to a designed value, and at the same time, any unbalanced portion can be removed by use of a lathe.
