摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer with an iron core which can reduce the manufacturing cost of the iron core by reducing the number of coupling in the coupling work of iron core and coil. SOLUTION: In an iron core 1 of a transformer where laminated short band- like steep strips 2 are wound, their top ends are butted and the whole body is made square, a line 4 connecting the butting positions of the top ends is zigzag. The direction of the line 4 connecting the butting positions of the top ends includes a first lamination part 11 as a first direction 41 inclining to the cernter line of the section of the iron core, and a second lamination part 12 as a second direction 4 inclining to the opposite side of the first direction 41 against the center line 10 of the section of the iron core. The first and second lamination parts 11 and 12 are alternated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve cutting accuracy to ensure durability and quality reliability by providing a disk-like upper edge having a sharp outer circumferential end, a disk-like lower edge having a flat outer circumferential end and a holding means which contacts both the edges each other in a same plane. CONSTITUTION:An upper edge 1 and a lower edge 2 are kept in a same plane, brackets 3, 3 are linearly moved in a predetermined direction with keeping identical relation by the drive and rotation of a motor 9. The upper edge 1 has a sharp end at the top end of the outer circumferential end thereof and the lower edge 2 has a flat end. Consequently, when a long and narrow material of aluminum 6 as a work is introduced between the upper edge 1 and the lower edge 2 and both the edges 1, 2 are rotated to cut the long and narrow material 6, even if the top end of the upper edge 1 is slightly moved leftward and rightward due to cutting resistance, since there is a room between the flat end of the lower edge 2 and the top end of the upper edge 1, the production of burrs and chips can be prevented caused by cutting, without the offset of the center line for cutting and the tearing-off of the long and narrow material of aluminum 6.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing an amorphous iron core for operating continuous cutting and continuous accumulation without stopping cutting or horizontal accumulation at every each cutting of one iron core, and for making shortest the transporting distance of already cut iron core materials, and for improving production efficiency. SOLUTION: This method for continuous manufacture of an amorphous iron core comprises a process for forming amorphous block materials 8, by horizontally accumulating amorphous materials 7, a process for deforming the amorphous block materials 8 into U-shapes, and a process for connecting the both edges of the amorphous block materials 8 deformed into the U-shapes. In this case, this method also comprises a process for moving the horizontally accumulated amorphous block materials 8 to a position, at which the amorphous materials 8 are deformed into U-shapes. The process for deforming the amorphous block materials 8 into U-shapes is executed at the same time as the process for forming the amorphous block materials 8 by horizontally accumulating the next amorphous materials 7.
