The relative position relation between an air switching shaft 9 and a cylinder 8 when a stop gage 3 moves slightly by specific size from a position where it can not pass is shown in the figure and a return spring 13 is compressed; and the switching part 9a of the air switching shaft 9 is adjusted to face flow passages 12d and 12e so that compressed air passed through flow passages 12b, 12c and 12d from an air intake 12 is supplied to a vibration generator 6 from a flow passage 12e. At this position, a vibration generator 6 operates to generate vibration with a receiving plate 7 and a monitor amplifier 17 converts the vibration into an electric signal to decide that the inspection result is proper. Then when an inspection unit 17 is elevated, a plug gage 1 is returned by the return spring 13, the compressed air charged in the vibration generator 6 is discharged, respective component mechanisms finish preparations for next inspection.

    • PURPOSE:To surely discharge a blank from a die by placing the blank blanked by a press machine on a receiving plate immediately before it drops down between the upper die and the lower die, and thereafter, ejecting the blank by a discharge plate. CONSTITUTION:The movement in the vertical direction f QDC (quick die change) die set 2 is converted to the movement in the X1 - X2 direction for feeding a material 16 through a cam 10. When the QCD die set 2 is allowed to ascend in the Y2 direction after die blanking, movable shafts 13, 13 advance in the X2 direction by energizing force of a tension spring 22 and a compression spring 21 and a claw 11 catches the material 16 and feeds it in the X2 direction. The material feed quantum is determined by a moving amount P of the movable frame 13. In the upper part of the QDC die set 2, a blank discharge use knockout mechanism 9 is contained, and a blank is discharged surely from a female die 25. The blank is discharged onto a receiving plate of a discharge unit in a position of the top dead center of the die, a discharge plate is advanced and the blank is projected. In such a way, work space is utilized effectively and labor saving can be executed, and the blank can be discharged surely.

CONSTITUTION:An upper edge 1 and a lower edge 2 are kept in a same plane, brackets 3, 3 are linearly moved in a predetermined direction with keeping identical relation by the drive and rotation of a motor 9. The upper edge 1 has a sharp end at the top end of the outer circumferential end thereof and the lower edge 2 has a flat end. Consequently, when a long and narrow material of aluminum 6 as a work is introduced between the upper edge 1 and the lower edge 2 and both the edges 1, 2 are rotated to cut the long and narrow material 6, even if the top end of the upper edge 1 is slightly moved leftward and rightward due to cutting resistance, since there is a room between the flat end of the lower edge 2 and the top end of the upper edge 1, the production of burrs and chips can be prevented caused by cutting, without the offset of the center line for cutting and the tearing-off of the long and narrow material of aluminum 6.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an easier-to-see apparatus by providing a removable stamp which is provided with an ink source and imprints characters such as service information, etc. and color-printing the service information with large characters only on the customer slip form to be delivered to the customer. CONSTITUTION:Arrangement is so made that copy may be taken into the customer slip form 4b from the duplicate slip form 4a out of double-bound slip form 4 with type hammers, etc. The double-bound slips 4 are separated by a separating means 27 and the form 4a is stored in a stacker 24. The form 4b is moved straight forward and is printed with a miniature stamping mechanism 29, then large characters may be printed in a readily identifiable manner in the blank region of the form 4b in corresppondence to the region for transfer of relief on the card of the form 4a. Since the mechanism 19 of removable stamps is used, any desired color may be selected simply by changing the stampls. Readily identifiable service information may be printed on the customer slip form without narrowing the space of printing transaction information and may be returned to the user.
