SOLUTION: This coil-forming device has an electrical wire bobbin retaining section 8 for retaining an electrical wire bobbin 7, where a coil electrical wire 5 is wound, and at the same time, for letting out a coil electrical wire 5 by rotating the electrical bobbin 7, a leveler section 9 for correcting the tendency of the winding curvature in the coil electrical wire 5, a feeding section 10 for feeding the coil electrical wire 5, a cutting section 11 for cutting the coil electrical wire 5, an upward formation section 13 for bending in the upward direction to the direction of feed advance of the coil electrical wire 5, downward bending formation section 14 for bending in the downward direction, and a horizontal bending formation section 15 for bending in the horizontal direction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the winding time of strip material blocks and moreover, to make it possible to manufacture a high-winding accuracy wound core by a method wherein in a state that the point part of the strip material block, which is wound on a winding shaft, is superposed on the rear end part of the preceding strip material block, the following strip material block is transferred. SOLUTION: In the state earlier than the time when the rear end part of a strip material block (a strip material block A) 3 is wound on a winding shaft 1, the point part of the following strip material block (a strip material block B) 3 is guided by guide pastes 65 and 66 and is arranged in such a way as to overlap with the side of the block A without colliding with the rear end part of the block A. A pressing cylinder 64 presses this point part to a transfer roller 63 and a belt 13 is made to travel in the direction shown by an arrow D by the rotation of a roller 12. Thereby, the block A is wound on the winding shaft 1, while the roller 63 is rotated by the travel of the belt 13 and the block B is transferred in synchronization with the block A in a state that the point part of the following block B is superposed on the rear end part of the block A. Accordingly, the winding time of the blocks is reduced to half and a high- accuracy winding work can be executed.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the trouble of a staff by providing a replenishing port to automatically replenish notes into a cash housing box by putting the separated bundles of the notes for replenishment. CONSTITUTION:When the replenishment of the notes is generated and replenishing notes 12 are set in the replenishing port 1, the replenishing port 1 is rotated to the side of a note block conveying mechanism 3 by a replenishing port rotation driving part 4. The note block conveying mechanism 3 collects the replenishing notes out of the replenishing port 1 and sets the notes to a 1,000-yen hopper. The set replenishing notes 12 are separately counted and afterwards, the notes are distributed to 1,000 yen and 10,000 yen in a stacker. Then, the notes are housed in a 1,000-yen housing part and a 10,000-yen housing part by the note block conveying mechanism 3 again and the replenishing operation is finished. Accordingly, only by putting separated bundles 12 of the notes into the replenishing port 1 without detaching a cash housing box or a replenishing box, the notes can be automatically housed into the cash housing box. Thus, a clerk can easily execute operation.

    • PURPOSE:To discriminate the observe and reverse of a part to arrange the part in a designated direction, and supply same by judging the observe and reverse of a part from a difference in dimension depending upon the difference in shape between the obverse and reverse, and correcting the posture of the part. CONSTITUTION:Parts 20 are nonuniform in observe and reverse, arranged in a line and fed to a feed path 12 connected to a supply port 10a. A collision portion 24a of a collision block 24 is formed to be fitted to the shape of the surface of the part 20, and a pin 26 is pressed by connecting means 28 connected to a cylinder 29 to be brought into contact with the part 20. An encoder 36 for measuring the position is mounted along a fixed frame 18, and the encoder 36 is adapted to generate a signal corresponding to the position when the collision portion 24a is brought into contact with the part 20. CPU is adapted to read a numerical value of the encoder 36, and control the cylinder 29 and a manipulator 38, whereby parts 20 are arranged in a designated direction and supplied.
