    • PURPOSE:To multiplex common process input-output processors so as to improve the reliability of a multiplex controller controlling system when the controlling system is operated for purposes other than the normal loaded operation by inputting/outputting common process signals after switching the controller used for the input-output of the signals to one controller selected out of multiplex controllers. CONSTITUTION:The inputting/outputting process of common process input-output signal is made by means of one controller selected out of triplex controllers (1-1)-(1-3) and, at the same time, a switching circuit 23 is provided so that the common process input-output signals can be inputted/outputted by switching the controller to one of the controllers (1-1)-(1-3). Accordingly, when one of the controllers (1-1)-(1-3) becomes faulty, the input-output of the common process input-output signals can be performed through another normal controller. Therefore, multiplex common process input-output processors are substantially realized and the reliability of this multiplex controller controlling system is improved when the controlling system is used for purposes other than the normal loaded operation, such as actuation control, etc.

    • PURPOSE:To stop a controlled object rapidly and safely at an emergency stop time by inputting a trip condition to the input side or the output side of a servo drive operation circuit. CONSTITUTION:The flow quantity of fuel supplied from fuel pipe 1 is controlled by fuel valve 3, and output signals from servo drive circuit 4, which determines opening of fuel servo valve 3, and control command signals from preceding-stage control system 5 are detected by flow quantity detector 6 and are operated and determined by flow quantity signals which are converted to operation signals by flow quantity signal converter 7. At a normal operation time, servo drive signals are determined by control command signals; however, in case that emergency stop conditions are satisfied, the bias from prescribed power source 9 is inputted to the addition point of servo drive circuit 4 through trip condition 8, thereby closing fuel servo valve 3.

    • PURPOSE:To properly maintain controls of fuel flow rate in spite of the number of rotation in a gas turbine by providing a means of compensating gains of a regulator to regulate opening degree of a bypass valve juxtaposed to a fuel pump in inverse proportion to the number of rotation in the gas turbine. CONSTITUTION:A fuel controller controls opening degree SBV of a bypass valve 3 by a proportional integral controller 2 so that fuel flow rate signal GL from a fuel flow rate detector 5 can correspond to fuel flow rate demand signal GD from a gas turbine controller 1. Here, additional installation includes a turbine velocity detector 7, and a subtractor 6 to subtract fuel flow rate deviating signal DELTAG from output of this detector 7. And opening degree of the bypass valve 3 is controlled by output of the controller 2 in response to output of the subtractor 6. By doing so, gains of opening degree control in a split valve 3 compensate DELTAG which is input of the controller 2 so as to be inversely proportional to the number of rotation in the turbine, to constantly stabilize loop gains.

    • PURPOSE:To control fuel flow rate at non-load rated speed level precedently by detecting load interrupting state from the fact that power generator output signals have arrived at less than the first load level, and load demand signals are at more than the first load level. CONSTITUTION:In a gas turbine 10 to perform governor-free drive, a fuel feeder 9 is controlled in response to fluctuations of load demand signal LD by a load setter 1 and system frequency, fuel flow rate is controlled. In this case, a comparator 13 is provided for giving output for ''1'' as signal LD is at more than the first load level, and a comparator 14 is provided for giving output for ''1'' as power generator output in the turbine 10 is at more than the first load level. And additional installation includes an AND circuit 15 for making load interrupting condition signal S3 into ''1'' as outputs S1, S2 in these comparators are at ''1'', converters 16-18 for setting to ''0'' as the signal S3 is at ''1'', and a delay compensator 9 to compensate response delay to turbine output for fuel flow rate demand signal GD.
