SOLUTION: In the case where closing action is tested one by one about four valves 44-47 by a principal valve action test circuit 201, at first, an opening directive value 104 is sent to the governing valve 44 by a CV $1 valve control circuit, to execute a valve closing test. Since variation is caused in a flow rate at this time, in a flow rate lowering compensating circuit 90, a switch is closed, and deviation, between a steam flow rate from a steam flow rate directing part and an actual flow rate, is calculated by a subtractor, and this resultant deviation value is gain-adjusted by an adjustor, to correct correcting quantity 38 by a correction signal lowering direction change ratio limitter 80. Modified correcting quantity 81 is outputted to an adder, and a signal from the steam flow rate directing part is added to the correcting quantity 81, moreover signals 101-103, before a directive value, wherein functions 71-73 are multiplied, are sent to the governing valves 45-47.

CONSTITUTION:When a signal from a central current supply command is separated in system separation to control a turbine with a load limiter 54, a contact (a-b) of a load limiter drive selecting relay 203 is turned on and a load control command signal outputted from a load control command 201 is inputted directly to the load limiter 54. An output signal of the load limiter 54 is inputted to a low value selecting circuit 57. Also, a contact (c-d) of a governor motor selecting relay 202 is turned on, and an operational position of a governor motor 4 is controlled with a follow-up width set value set by a load following-up width setting circuit 51 and predetermined speed for the load limiter on the basis of the deviation of the output signal of the load limiter 54 as a feedback value and a governor motor position signal detected a position of the governor motor 4 by a differential transformer 204 respectively inputted to a third comparator 207 from the follow-up width set value set by a load follow-up setting circuit 51.

CONSTITUTION:A control device adapted to control a steam regulating valve which is provided intermediately in a steam pipe line through which steam generated by a boiler is introduced into a turbine is provided with a multiple line including a line for giving a driving signal to the valve and at least one standby line. The standby line is designed to obtain a signal 40 that is an estimated instruction of total valve opening amount in a sequence such that the standby line takes up data concerning an actual load MW, turbine's actual speed Nf and opening amount Cp of the regulating valve, and the actual load Mw is added to the difference between the actual speed Nf and the rated speed NR divided by a speed regulation rate delta. Arrangement is also made such that a function generator 43 that is a reciprocating function of regulating valve bias generator (not shown) may generate a signal 44 equivalent to the time passed after the valve switching instruction is started, with basis on a signal 42 that is obtained by substracting the signal 42 from the opening amount 41 of the regulating valve.

CONSTITUTION:The speed detector 15 of a turbine control device 22 detects the rotating speed of a turbine to output an actual speed signal N, and an acceleration computer 51 therefore obtains an actual acceleration (a). A target acceleration setting up apparatus 50 sets up an objective acceleration a0, and deviation obtained by a comparing section 52 is inputted into a proportional-plus-integral computer 53 to obtain a steam flow rate command value EL. A bias generator 54, a comparator 55 and a switch 56 are additionally provided in the computer 53, and when the steam flow rate command value EL enters the range of a dead zone, the correction for adding the bias is carried out by an adder 57 to produce steam flow rate command value E'L, which is inputted into a valve opening converter 58. Thus, even if a steam flow rate dead zone at the time of speed up control exists in the characteristic of a valve, stable speed up control can be carried out.

    • PURPOSE:To multiplex common process input-output processors so as to improve the reliability of a multiplex controller controlling system when the controlling system is operated for purposes other than the normal loaded operation by inputting/outputting common process signals after switching the controller used for the input-output of the signals to one controller selected out of multiplex controllers. CONSTITUTION:The inputting/outputting process of common process input-output signal is made by means of one controller selected out of triplex controllers (1-1)-(1-3) and, at the same time, a switching circuit 23 is provided so that the common process input-output signals can be inputted/outputted by switching the controller to one of the controllers (1-1)-(1-3). Accordingly, when one of the controllers (1-1)-(1-3) becomes faulty, the input-output of the common process input-output signals can be performed through another normal controller. Therefore, multiplex common process input-output processors are substantially realized and the reliability of this multiplex controller controlling system is improved when the controlling system is used for purposes other than the normal loaded operation, such as actuation control, etc.
