    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant distributor securing safety by lessening an influence which a set angle gives on distribution characteristics even in case that individual difference occurs in an attaching angle by production tolerance, etc., when a heat exchanger is equipped with the refrigerant distributor.
      SOLUTION: An inflow pipe 10 of the refrigerant distributor 80 is constituted so as to have an internal groove 13. Surface tension by action of the groove shape makes more dominant than gravity which refrigerant 141 inside the groove 13 receives. To be more precise, the groove part with a minimum internal diameter Dmin and a maximum groove width Wmax which are the most suitable for the set angle θ is constituted. Also, the refrigerant distributor is constituted in such a manner that an elbow angle of the inflow pipe is made over 60° larger than a ground structural part installed in an internal face.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment in which plural pieces of server equipment are installed in a closed rack internally loaded with an air conditioner and a system for more reducing the power and use power of the air conditioner by using the system for cooling those server equipment as a target.SOLUTION: Coolant cooled by a condenser installed outdoors is pressure-reduced by a first expansion value, and made to flow to a direct expansion cooling jacket which cools the CPU of server equipment, and separated into a gas phase and a liquid phase by a gas/liquid separator, and the liquid phase part of the separated coolant is more pressure-reduced by a second expansion value than the first expansion value, and made to flow to an air/heat exchanger loaded in the rack so that air in the rack can be cooled. Thus, it is possible to cool the CPU at a coolant evaporation temperature set to a cooling upper limit while cooling air in the rack at a coolant temperature which is 25°C as usual. Therefore, it is possible to reduce an air conditioning power for the quantity of heat to be removed of the CPU.
