    • PURPOSE:To prevent a control action from turning into an unstable state in a device which changes the quantity of flowing in steam to control the speed up of a turbine by, even in the case of the existance of a steam flow rate dead zone resulting from backrash and friction, detecting the dead zone and correcting it to make characteristic between a command for steam quantity and the flow rate of steam linear. CONSTITUTION:The speed detector 15 of a turbine control device 22 detects the rotating speed of a turbine to output an actual speed signal N, and an acceleration computer 51 therefore obtains an actual acceleration (a). A target acceleration setting up apparatus 50 sets up an objective acceleration a0, and deviation obtained by a comparing section 52 is inputted into a proportional-plus-integral computer 53 to obtain a steam flow rate command value EL. A bias generator 54, a comparator 55 and a switch 56 are additionally provided in the computer 53, and when the steam flow rate command value EL enters the range of a dead zone, the correction for adding the bias is carried out by an adder 57 to produce steam flow rate command value E'L, which is inputted into a valve opening converter 58. Thus, even if a steam flow rate dead zone at the time of speed up control exists in the characteristic of a valve, stable speed up control can be carried out.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the rising maximum value of a turbine speed after shutdown of a load by automatically operating a governor setter to reduce, and lowering the turbine speed after fully closing an adjusting valve, when necessity of quick closing of an intercept valve is judged by the condition of reheat steam pressure, turbine speed, and opening of a generator cut-off machine. SOLUTION: Under the condition of low steam pressure at variable pressure operation, namely, under the condition in which an adjusting valve 3 is opened by a governor setter 23, when load shutdown is generated by system accident or the like, reheat steam pressure 17, the generator cut-off machine opening signal from a generator cut-off machine 60, and the turbine speed from a turbine speed detector 11 are input to a governor reduction operating circuit 50. If necessary, a command 51 forcedly reducingly operating a governor setter 23 is output to fully close the adjusting valve 3, thereafter deviation between a valve opening command and valve opening is detected by a monitor relay 32, and a valve quick close command is output to a valve quick close mechanism 16 to quickly close an intercept valve 7. Hereby the rising maximum value of turbine speed after load shutdown is restrained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in turbine speed occurring during control of a turbine speed constant value in warming-up operation, to suppress a slide loss of a turbine incurring due to deformation of a turbine wheel chamber and the generation of turbine vibration, and shorten a warming-up time. SOLUTION: In a high and middle integral type steam turbine, during warming-up operation at a starting process, and the opening of a main steam control valve 14 is held and the opening of an intercept valve 62 is maintained. When, during fixed command control at 101 of a turbine speed 300, a turbine speed is increased, the intercept valve is locked at a specified bias opening 200 necessary to warming-up of a middle pressure turbine, the holding opening 110 of the main stem control valve is corrected at 205 to suppress the increase of a turbine speed. When a turbine speed is abnormally increased due to abnormality of a main machine, opening commands 197 and 170 for the two valves form a negative signal, the two valves are fully closed, and acceleration of a turbine speed is prevented from occurring.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate a difference between the setting unit output values of each system by providing a tieback circuit where a set value is kept at the same as the average of the set target values of other systems, when a deviation between the set target values of each of trebled system is equal to or larger than the preset value, and the set value of each system is kept equal to the set target value thereof, when the deviation is less than the preset value. CONSTITUTION:A signal value increasing and decreasing unit 50 is connected to each of controllers 53 having a trebled system, and the setting unit output value of a setting unit 51 is increased or decreased, according to an instruction signal from the unit 50. Also, the unit outputs a control instruction signal computed in an arithmetic circuit 52 on the basis of the setting unit output value. In addition, a tieback circuit 61 is additionally provided to perform tieback operation. As a result, a set target value gives a deviation from the set target values of other two systems. Furthermore, when the deviation is equal to or above the preset value, the value of the deviation is judged to be abnormal and forcibly corrected to be equal to the average value of the other two systems. Also, when the deviation is within the preset value, the setting unit output of each system is kept equal to the set target value. Thus, a difference between the setting unit output values of each system is eliminated, while each system is being kept independent.
