    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the defective return of a throttle valve and prevent a reckless driving accident by providing an electromagnetic drive means operated in the direction of closing the throttle valve. CONSTITUTION:When three requirements are satisfied in which a neutral switch 14 for judging the position of a gear, a limit switch 15 for judging the throttle opening and a water temperature sensitive switch 16 for judging water temperature are all turned on, an electromagnetic valve 12 is operated according to a signal from a control unit 17. A plunger 13 is thrust out and a push lever 11 is pushed in the direction of closing a throttle valve 5, so that the rotational frequency of an engine can be forcibly reduced to a predetermined rotational frequency of idling. Thus, when the throttle valve 5 cannot be returned to the idling opening only by a force of a return spring 10 due to the interference or the like of a throttle shaft 8, the throttle valve opening can be forcibly returned to that of idling, so that a reckless driving accident or the like can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a change of air-fuel ratio, by providing a valve, which is closed when a low negative pressure is generated in an intake pipe, in an air passage of a carburetor, in case of the feedback type carburetor equipped with a duty solenoid provided in the air passage for correcting a slow system mixture. CONSTITUTION:Fuel from a main jet 3 and a jet 8, opened and closed by a valve of a feedback controlled solenoid 5, passes from a passage 4 through a well 2 and a main nozzle 11 being supplied to a Venturi 12 while branches from the passage 4 through a passage 14 and a slow jet 15 being supplied also from ports 20, 21. A slow system is equipped with an air bleed 16 of small contour and an air orifice 18 of large contour, which is feedback controlled, and air from the air orifice 18 passes through a passage 19. The passage 19, in which an intake pipe negative pressure is introduced by a pipe 24, is equipped with a valve 28 closed by a spring 26 when the small negative pressure is generated. When the small negative pressure is generated in an intake pipe, a reverse flow of air from the slow system to a main system is prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To promote spraying and vaporization of mixture gas thus to improve distribution to respective cylinder by arranging the ejection hole for starting mixture gas associated with starting richer in the downstream of primary throttle valve in parallel with the valve shaft. CONSTITUTION:A richer nozzle 10 tube is arranged in parallel with the shaft 9 in the downstream of first throttle valve 8 of carburetor then fuel is fed through a jet 5, a solenoid valve 4 and a path 7 to produce the starting fuel. Bleed air is fed through a valve 2 to the path 7 to open a valve 2 with negative pressure upon complete combustion of engine thus to increase the bleed air and to make lean the starting fuel. Since the richer nozzle 10 is arranged in parallel with the throttle valve shaft 9, it will never hinder the air-flow even upon full-open of the throttle valve 8 nor hinder the fuel supply through an idle nozzle 15.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible for specialists to operate the adjustment of the adjusting screw easily by the structure wherein an insertion port is projected from the carburetor proper, a shielding chamber is provided between the adjusting screw of the carburetor proper and the insertion port, and a shielding material is provided here. CONSTITUTION:Low-speed fuel path 3 is provided in carburetor proper 1, and bypass port 4 and idle ejection port 7 are opened on this. Adjusting screw 5 having needle unit 6 placed opposite idle ejection port 7 is screwed into carburetor proper 1. By its rotation, the cross sectional area of the flow path of idle ejection port 7 is varied. Here, insertion port 9 is projected from carburetor proper 1 and adjusting screw 5 is inserted here. Shielding chamber 8 whose inner diameter is larger than its top part is provided between insertion port 9 and the top part of adjusting screw 5. Its lower part is cut off and is shielded with insulator 13, and at the same time, in its inside is enclosed shielding member 10 made of a cylindrical container having many cuts 11 on its side surface.

    • PURPOSE:To provide large closing torque at a secondary side throttle valve in a twin carburetor having primary and secondary throttle valves at its idling operating time without losing the safety design of springs and smoothness at accelerating time. CONSTITUTION:In a twin carburetor having primary and secondary throttle valves 4 and 3, there is provided an adjusting lever 15 movably connected to a valve shaft 14 of the primary throttle valve secured with a lever 5 to integrally operate the valve 4 with a throttle lever 5. The lever 15 is so rotated clockwise as to be provided by a spring 16 of primary side secured at one end to the lever 15 and at the other to the carburetor body 1. The lever 15 makes at one end contact with the throttle lever 7 of secondary side until the opening of the valve 4 becomes larger than the opening of the valve at its idling operating time but does not make contact with the lever 5.
